Cali Ve Restaurant — Restaurant in Ross Township

Went there with my mom, and we were there for an hour and a half only. I ordered chicken tacos and she got the steak and chicken fajitas. My food was fine, it took a bit to come out and was a little bland but that’s all. They didn’t bring my mom’s food out with mine though, and I was almost done eating by time she got hers and they gave her steak and shrimp instead. She asked for them to make her the right thing and all they did was (very poorly) pick out the shrimp and add the chicken. The chicken was undercooked too, she was unable to even chew it. I also observed multiple tables, maybe half of them, also having issues with their orders being incorrect. When we tried to communicate these issues, they kept sending almost every staff member over just for us to tell them the same thing each time. Any other time, though, it was very difficult to even ask for just a drink refill. There was maybe only 6 people working as well, but that is understandable since it is a small restaurant. They had no problems with my mom not wanting to pay for her meal, and she eventually was told she didn’t have...

The food was good...my complaint is that when I ask the waitresses if her tip was on the bill...and she understands English cause the waitresses Kimberly said No...but after reviewing it was included so she got a double tip. We were a party of 12. My mistake for not double checking our bill. I called to talk to the manager but they kept hanging up on me. Shame on you . You won't see us again. So customers look at your bill before paying both copies cause the first one didn't show tip. The first tip that was charged to my bill was 89.00 . But when Kimberly the waitresses said no tip was added to the bill we gave her 100.00 to...

My first time there! I had gotten the chicken and waffles it was was great dish! Chicken was seasoned right and the waffles were moist! Very good, I will come back and see how their lunch/dinner menu is :-) One suggestion though, get a billboard sign for your restaurant, so that drivers can actually see that your restaurant is there! Don't want people to pass by great tasting food! Get a BIG Sign! lol...
