Burger King — Restaurant in Ross Township

Waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes with one car in front of us and thought that it might be faster to go inside. I went inside and noticed the 3 workers notice and look at me and stood there for nearly another 10 minutes before one lady decided to tell me that they, for some odd reason, weren't taking front orders. Keep in mind that I only wanted the chicken fries, so my partner and I decided to try the drive-thru again. We only waited a few minutes for the driver ahead to finally be spoken to, yet we waited another 15 minutes with no response or sign of acknowledgment from the drive-thru attendant. In fact, my partner and I went to another Burger King 10 minutes away, and this one was being operated by an older lady who proved to be much more competent and able than a few seemingly 20 year old kids. Long story short, I didn't get my food at this Burger King because of wasted time, and due to incompetent fast food employees. I'm not the complaining type of person, I know how stressful the service industry is. However the service was beyond rude. Every time I would order an item the cashier would say is that it? Like I was inconveniencing her, missing plenty of opportunities to upsell a drink dessert or anything. I ordered a fish sandwich with tartar sauce on the side and was told we don't have anything to put tartar sauce in you can have it on the sandwich or not at all.when I got to the window to pay, I couldn't find my card, which seemed to aggravate the cashier. She puts my drink out the window and releases it before I fully have it in my hand, luckily I caught it. I included photos of my food. I've never had pickles on fish, the lettuce is garbage. Mayonnaise is just slapped on both sides of the buns of the chicken sandwich.Then I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no mustard, they put mustard on it. Instead of correcting it they drowned it with ketchup. I would understand if it was busy but they only had 4 guests. Do better your paying guests...

Worst service I have EVER had. Sat in line behind 1 car for 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. Once I got to the ordering microphone it was another ten minutes before someone took my order. Once that finally happened i knew I was in trouble because the car I sat behind for 10 minutes was still at the window. Sat there for another 15 minutes while they got her order together which was a small bag of food so it was not a huge order. Once I got to the window I thought things would go a little quicker, all I ordered was a Whopper Jr. I was wrong. I watched the employees walk around without a care in the world. Zero urgency. There was no one else in the place and no one else in line. 20 minutes later I got the crappiest hamburger of my life. I am furious. This was my lunch hour and I was gone for over an hour.
