Owner and coach, Eric Refvik, is meticulous about his gym and his staff training, to assure each member is taught the proper movements to build muscle and avoid injury. In addition to the weekly workouts, a yoga classes offered on Sundays. yoga instructor, Nathalie, attends the weekly classes so her sessions incorporate movements to stretch, strengthen, and complement the previous weeks workouts.
