Ron & Alicia Robinson Florist — Attraction in Rowland Heights

I live in Colorado and I wanted to send flowers and have them delivered for my sister-in-law's funeral service in CA. I chose this florist because of their location. I was not disappointed!They providedExcellent service and the prices very reasonable. The service was originally scheduled for May 30, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the service was changed to June 6th, unbeknownst to me. The Florist delivered flowers on the 30, but was told that the service was cancelled and the florist was ready to deliver the replacement flowers on June 6th. Fortunately, I spoke with them before the 6th, as yet again, the date was changed to June 13. They were so patient with everything and on the 13th of June delivered a beatiful replacement bouquet at no extra charge. NIce flowers - questionable service. My flowers were delivered to a different person at a different address despite the fact that my name and address were on the delivery card. No problem there - they quickly put together another flower arrangement and delivered it to me the very next day and, the flowers are beautiful, I must say. The problem that I do have is that the person who accepted the original arrangement of flowers actually signed my name for them. I'm not okay with that. So, I called the florist and told the owner about it and he responded defensively, as if I were making too much of it. Okay, so I got my flowers and someone else got some free flowers as well - so what, right ? But it's the principle - signing some else's name without their permission has a name - it's called 'forgery' and by the way,...

Ordered my mom's birthday flowers from here and was so pleasantly surprised. After a few years of ordering from different websites like 1800Flowers and ProFlowers, I was tired of getting flowers that were wilted and not in the best condition. They also did a poor job of updating you on the delivery and one time they delivered it at like 8pm when it was supposed to come before 5pm. I decided to go with a local florist and I'm glad that I did.

I got an email right when it was delivered and my dad texted me right away that he received it. The flowers themselves were in beautiful condition. Absolutely exceeded the sample picture and they're so fresh my mom texted me again this morning to let me know how good they smell. Absolutely recommend them and will probably use their service again...
