Review: Our dining experience at this establishment left us with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the menu features organic tofu, which is a definite plus for health-conscious diners like us. And not only was the tofu dish delicious, but the overall food quality surpassed our expectations.

However, our enjoyment was dampened by the inconsistency in service. While we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere upon entering, we couldn't help but notice a disparity in the level of attention given to different patrons. It seemed that the staff were more focused on catering to new arrivals rather than ensuring the satisfaction of those who were already seated and served.

One glaring issue was the lack of attentiveness when it came to refilling our water glasses. Despite our attempts to signal for assistance, our requests were met with indifference, leaving us parched and somewhat neglected. It's disheartening when a simple request for something as basic as water goes unacknowledged.

Moreover, we were surprised by the hastiness with which the staff presented us with the check, even before we had finished our meals. It felt as though they were rushing us out the door, diminishing the relaxed dining experience we had hoped for.

In conclusion, while the food quality and the inclusion of organic options were commendable, the lackluster service detracted from our overall enjoyment. We hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and ensure that every diner receives the same level of attention and care, regardless of when they arrive or where they are seated. I called to order a soup almost an hour before they closed....took more than 20 calls for them to answer and when they finally did I wanted to order one to go and they told me I'm sorry and straight just put me on hold so I wouldn't call anymore.... another time I went to eat took 30 min to bring the menu another 30 min to even order then another 30 for them to even bring us a glass of water then they brought our soups with no rice and no sides we had to be telling her to bring us what she didn't bring the first time...then she just pretty much waved her hand shutting us up and didn't even listen.... then I pretty much got up to ask for my bill and I literally had to be chasing them around to even give us the bill and they never did .. so I just left the money on the table and left..... never going there again.....worst customer service!!!!!! I know how difficult it can be for a waitress cuz I myself am one..... but I would never be so disrespectful like they were with...

The food was okay but the service was really disappointing. I thought the dish was too spicy so I wanted a cup of ice water. I sat there while looking back to see if there are any waiters or waitresses coming over. But after ten minutes, no one came out of the kitchen and no one sees me looking back for a waiter. Finally a waiter was passing by and I asked for a cup of ice water and he nodded and said okay. So I thought this would be over, but no, after another ten minutes I still didn’t get my ice water. My aunt sees that I’m annoyed so she waved to the waiter in the back, and the waiter signaled the waitress next to him to come and serve us. That was the same waiter who I asked for ice water. I mean ITS JUST A CUP OF ICE WATER!!! If you didn’t understand what I said you could’ve just told me, instead of nodding and saying okay!!! Please, get more people to work here so there would be waiters who notices a customer’s needs. Truly...
