I brought an embroidered jacket to her that I had ordered online and she told me all that was wrong with it. Since she did not have the same pattern I had, I chose another from her book and ran out to find a jacket. I brought one back to her and she said she could take out the small logo on the side I wanted embroidered and have it done in a week. I stopped by to pick up my order an hour after the pickup time (after 4 on Thursday) and she was only just starting to work on it! She said it would be done 2 hours from now. There were complications that I was never told about but she called the next day and only told me that it was ready to be picked up. I was relieved until I saw it. First, the embroidery was on the wrong side. Second, she left the logo on the other side. And third, she changed the font of my monogram. She told me none of this in person or over the phone. Read moreI wish I could leave a 0! They have really bad business after paying upfront they took my clothes and promised to have it back in two weeks. Went back after 3 weeks and was told to come back the next day so I figured I would give them another few days just to be safe. but nope still wasn’t ready. At this point I’ve given them over two weeks of the promised time to pick up my things needed for Christmas (I dropped off right after Thanksgiving). So my last attempt to get my items that still were not ready I asked for a refund which they told me they couldn’t find it in the system. Eventually they did and I got my things and walked out. i understand its busy time but don't take my order and promise things if you cant deliver. i gave them more than enough extra time! Read moreI have used this business for over 7 years with nothing but great things to say, however new ownership has brought terrible customer service. Lack of communication and lack of professionalism from the store's employees is the cuase of this poor rating. After numerous unanswered phone calls, I went into the store to check on my order, and was approached with an irate, extremely unprofessional employee who only yelled at me and my young child without any estimated time line for the completion of my baseball hats. Employees then explain that the only machine they have working can not complete my job. If the store would have been professional and honest in the fact that they could not complete my job, this whole situation would have been avoided.
