I placed an order with their online store on May 4th. My credit card was charged May 5th. I waited 2 weeks before contacting customer service via email as to the status of my order. I contacted them via email on May 18th and May 20th. I called the number given for online transactions on May 20th and reached a voice mailbox that was full. I called their Summit, NJ store that same day and spoke with an employee who said he would pass the issue onto his manager. I sent a final email to customer service on May 26th regarding my order status. I was forced for file a dispute with my credit card company for over $250 that this business took from me and failed to send the product. It's June 4th and I still haven't heard anything. I have been going here for years great selection , great prices ... There is a new manager .. I do not like him 2 x now ... I asked about the wine discount and an employee said yes on the larger bottles and a case is 6 bottles .. Ok great , the manager said not on the larger bottles , I had 12 bottles and said the other guy said they were fine ... He kind of flew into a rage , looking for who said that ... I said forget it I’ll just pay , he said no that guys gonna get up here and deal with you , He can eat his mistake ... Very extensive beer selection, easily one of the best in the area including special releases like burbon country (and variants) and bolero snort collaborations. They have a ton of local beers which I didn't even know we're canning and the selection you'd expect of larger brands like dogfish. I did not shop for liquor or wine, but the selection also appeared to be extensive. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in making a selection of local beer. My only knock is prices seem a bit high compared to compensate stores in the area, but I'll definitely stop in if I'm...
