I placed an order with their online store on May 4th. My credit card was charged May 5th. I waited 2 weeks before contacting customer service via email as to the status of my order. I contacted them via email on May 18th and May 20th. I called the number given for online transactions on May 20th and reached a voice mailbox that was full. I called their Summit, NJ store that same day and spoke with an employee who said he would pass the issue onto his manager. I sent a final email to customer service on May 26th regarding my order status. I asked about the wine discount and an employee said yes on the larger bottles and a case is 6 bottles ..
