While I understand every store has its own policy regarding pets, the size of the store should be taken into consideration. This location is 3 or 4 times deeper than it is wide, with a lot of floor space used for merchandise stands. As such, the walkways are really only wide enough for one person, two if you're willing to squeeze past. This meant that when someone brought their large dog in, even on a leash, it was significantly more difficult to navigate the store.

I was greeted very pleasantly, but then I was seen using an electronic cigarette. The woman working there very aggressively told me that their is no smoking in the store. While I do understand store policies, I think she could have informed me in a much nicer way. People have bad days, but as someone who works in customer services, she should learn to not let her emotions get the best of her. It reflects poorly on your company. I do hope she is well though.
