I visit this franchise about 2/3 times a week always receiving excellent customer service until LAST WEEK. My boyfriend and I went to grab some lunch at Taco Bell going about our normal routine but as I was doing so the employee taking my order at the drive-through was unattentive, disrespecting, and unprofessional. While giving my order she started to have side conversations allowing me to hear it through the voice box/speaker at the drive thru. Due to her side conversations she was not paying attention to my order and failed to ring up my order properly. Another employee then took her place and took my order at the drive-through. THAT ITSELF TOOK 8 MINUTES. When I approached the window to pay I told the man taking my credit card that the woman who passed me along was very rude and her service was unacceptable. When he closed the window the woman who first took my order then started becoming angry and yelling stating she wasn't rude and I don't know what I'm talking about. He then opens the window to give me back my card and he slaps my credit card in my hand. I looked at him and said "YOUR SARCASM AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR IS NOT NECESSARY." He then had the audacity to say that "I (the customer) am wrong and he's having a bad day!" THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF A PERSONAL PROBLEM. My food was given to me cold and the lovely experience I thought I was going to have was SHATTERED. The two employees are Tim and Tania. As I left I pulled over the call the customer service number on my receipt. I spoke to a representative and was told I'd receive a call back in 3 days... it's been almost a week. I'm truly devastated by the behavior of my local Taco Bell. The next closest Taco Bell with a drive-through is 23 miles away. Since MY VOICE IS NOT CARED TO BE HEARD, I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING BACK TO THE Succasunna, NJ. This is truly ashame and unacceptable. I thought TACO BELL CARED FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS... I guess not.
It's horrible that I have to come to realization about my local Taco Bell and how they don't care about loyal customers who has called and commended them, who has always given a smile and a thank you for making my food. Can't believe this. I'm...
Read moreOn site restaurant gets points for being convenient, but food was only ok. Only 1 pool was open and was up 5 flights of stairs. By September both pools were supposed to be functioning. Perhaps there was unavoidable problems? Idk. Regardless, the one pool was definitely not our scene at night. Everyone was drunk and I personally found the behavior overtly sexual. Not family friendly after dark. Ya'll got rooms...keep it there! Need to utilize golf cart service for room to lobby/restaurant/pool service. However the service was more sparse, and we gave up and walked few times. Everything is uphill. I enjoyed the variety of animals on the premises...cats, roosters, iguanas. Not usual U.S. hotel space but it was the vibe of the island. There was supposed to be beach access at the resort...no such luck. However Coki beach is a 5 minute drive from the resort. Beautiful beach. GREAT snorkel area. Again...family warning, marijuana sold and smoked by visitors and staff alike on this beach. Free beach access with small fee for parking. Magens Bay cost a bit more to go to but is definitely family Friendly. Avoid these beaches on cruise ship port days. We did go to the aquarium but thought it was not worth the money we spent. Perhaps if you do a special activity, ie scuba it may be worth it. SNORKEL ST JOHN...5 stars. Day excursion incl breakfast lunch, open bar and Equipment. 3 stops and leaves/returns Margaritaville
GROCERYS: cheapest store is Cost U Less. Carries all from bread to beer. It has a bulk store vibe, but no membership required. MOES MARKET was recommended. Has items you may want but it is very pricey ($10 a lb of bacon and same for...
Read moreI have unfortunately been eating at this location as it’s closest to my house for years. It’s consistently below average even compared to other Taco Bell‘s. I will often drive extra to avoid it, but I still do occasionally eat there and generally regret it. My most recent experience, hopefully will be the last time I buy food here. The beans were so dry and crumbly and disgusting and still in the shape of an ice cream scoop they came out of. Some of The lettuce was frozen. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry in the past, and I would be ashamed to serve this type of food. I would never serve this to anyone. As this has been going on for years, it’s not just a manager issue, but also a regional manager issue. Why do other Taco Bell’s have the ability to put out consistent food and creamy beans all day where this restaurant can only do it sporadically. This is not a tostada. Taco Bell rant over. Do better please, your quality is shameful even for Taco...
