Amazing experience each and every time I go to this Panera. Food is amazing, prepared fresh, and everything is overall clean and great tasting.
Service goes above and beyond here too as managers are actively involved in greeting customers as they enter. It's noticeable when a manager offers a greeting to a returning customer of this Panera.
Overall, food is amazing too. Despite at busier times, sometimes it can definitely push the kitchen to the max but during these times managers were so nice to even offer drinks to customers who were waiting. This shows you how much this Panera cares about its customers. The wait is worth it though. You'll be getting served fresh, clean, and most importantly beyond amazing food.
This Panera makes you feel like family from the moment you enter and leave the establishment each and every time you visit this Panera in Roxbury, NJ.
One time I was exiting the place and a worker knew he forgot something in my order and went out of his way to exit the establishment and walk out the food over to ensure I wasn't missing anything. This shows how much staff care here for their customers.
Glad to see how much effort the staff put forward her to guarantee returning customers during each and every visit, especially with correcting any mistakes promptly and noticing them as they occur to ensure that a customer isn't missing any items in their order by the time they've left.
Thanks everyone at the Panera Bread in the Roxbury Mall, and if you're looking to visit Panera, definitely come to the one in Roxbury, NJ. Highly recommended, because I promise you they won't disappoint with the great services, food, and all around hospitality that they offer to customers to ensure they feel like family at...
Read moreI have had nothing but truly excellent experiences here at the Panera in Succasunna. I will admit that I have not eaten much of what's on their menu - I am a creature of habit, and tend to get the same few foods when I come to eat. But the coffee, souffles, and most of the soups have been excellent (I am not a fan of their version of onion soup). I am much more impressed, though, with their hospitality. I have been here several times with a friend who has a disability that can make her very unpleasant to deal with (and very unaware of how much she may be keeping up the line!). This is one of those 'invisible disabilities,' where you may or may not recognize it as one - you could interpret her behavior as just being entitled and nasty. Regardless, and no matter what I have seen her throw at them in the several times she has accompanied me here, the staff here has been nothing but patient and as accommodating as they could reasonably be. I was especially impressed with one lady - I believe her name is Pam - on one of my friend's worst visits. Pam remained calm, smiling, and genuinely helpful and caring throughout the entire transaction. On another note, I occasionally need to come here to work (generally for a couple of days at the end of a semester) - several hours at a time. Sometimes I might eat breakfast and then lunch while working, other times I nurse a coffee the whole time. I never get any indication that I am unwelcome to do so, and I am so thankful for that. Also, I think the hotspot has become much better here than it was in past years - have had no issues connecting when needed. I know Panera is a chain, but this one is also a friendly, hometown dining staple. I hope it has a very...
Read moreAs much as i love Panera, This location is a very toxic workplace. my order was taken by the sweet young man, who i assume was new because he seemed to still be learning. As I was paying for my order i payed with a hundred dollar bill, i guess the employee pressed something wrong and went to go get a manager, The manger, Lynn or Jordan (i didn’t get to get her last name & asked different employees for her name & they gave me 2) came over to the counter and started to scream and corrected the employee in a very rude and disrespectful way. She then started getting hostile, saying he should never take 100 dollar bill without getting a manager. and then made a comment about how we could be giving them a “fake” as the term she used/ counterfeit 100, and gave a nasty look to us as she said it. and then said in a very rude tone. “i’m not saying would scam us…but you know.”… and continue mf to yell at the kid. as this should be something handled away from customers. She then proceeded to calculate the amount on her phone of our change. and gave us less than what we were supposed to get back. As we walked away to wait for our order. I hear the manager scream at the poor kid AGAIN about coffee pots. i understand you are paying for a job, but it should not be handled in front of customers. or in a public setting at all… Service also sucked as we wait 35 mins for 2 things. disappointed is a understatement for this location. will not becoming back here again. the manager should be retrained or in my opinion fired. if you can’t take the stress of the job. it shouldn’t be ur job. the way she handled herself during the situation was completely and...
