The GM Steven H. argued with me about returning an item that was purchased at the sister company Marshall’s. I have exchanged and returned items at the sister stores (Marshalls, Home Goods, an TJMaxx) in the past with no question and no issue whatsoever. Yet here Steven decided he needed to hold up the line and argue with me for several minutes before deciding he would “Make a special exception to do the return but it won’t happen again”. His demeanor and tone was extremely rude and condescending. I will no longer shop at this location due to poor customer service. I had an online return in my past experience would go on the main line to return my item, well I was instructed to go to the jewelry department (where there was only one person working) to return my item. But not until one associate wanted to know how much my item cost. Trying to remain calm from the disrespect, got over to jewelry and now the young lady in the jihad attire is on the walkie talkie radio calling to have someone approve my return. Read moreWife was in fitting room and an employee took our full cart and emptied it all out even though we had our babies cart cover, toys and a half drank bottle in the kid seat. The cart was in the designated spot someone who is trying on clothes would have. When attempting to recover items employees were not helpful and said "well the cart was in the spot too long so it got put away plus it is close to closing" for a store that didnt close for another hour and with so much security and loss prevention they sure dont have a lot of awareness of whats going on in their store.
