We only went here to see a movie at the Flagship Premium Cinemas Rutland. We had other commitments earlier in the day that precluded us from going to one of our local theaters, which had no showtimes later than 6:30pm for the movie we wanted to see. So, we drove an hour away, to Rutland. It's a great, scenic drive from bordering New Hampshire, a drive I have always enjoyed making. When we found the theater (having never been there before, nor having spent any time in Rutland previously, we looked around for a place to eat, near the theater at Rutland Plaza. We found a place about a block away, called Cara Mia's Pizza, and OMG! BEST pizza ever! Then we went to our movie. I just want to say that the Flagship Cinema in Rutland was AWESOME.    Read moreThis parking lot just got new asphalt which brings it up to a solid two star car park. Traffic flow is typically terrible, especially when cars pass directly in front of store entrances that have brick columns that obstruct your view of people exiting. Lots of people will find this lot a convenient location to leave their car when going to the farmers market on a Saturday morning or going to a show at the paramount theater. The owners of the lot think that’s a horrible idea, and not what they want at all, which means you should do it even if you don’t need to. Skateboarding is likely to be frowned upon as well as scooters, but that shouldn’t deter you at all. You’re a freedom loving sort, and you should be able to go where you like. Small planes should avoid this parking lot because of all the cars and light poles that will make for a bumpy landing. UFOs typically prefer rural areas with large fields so I suppose they won’t like this...

So unless you can carry everything thing from your cart in your arms.. you are stuck. The plaza has plenty of these stuck shopping carts blocking the sidewalk behind the stores. Waiting to be unlocked.. you can't even wheel them back to...
