Been here twice already while visiting from out of state. We found this place based on a recommendation from my cousin. My mom needed her bracelet repaired. I found some nice jewelry while I was there and was given a great price. I received excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to others. They do get very busy at times, so it make take some time to get help, but it is so worth it or just to visit during a non- busy hours. Very poor customer service. Very poor workmanship. I got 2 rings remade from Jony, it’s now nearly 3 months that I have been chasing him because he didn’t make them right .. initially he said his guy who makes the kind of ring I want doesn’t have the mould. Then he said oh I’ve made it for you temporarily till we get the mould .. and that he will call me.
