Worst place ever!!!! If you are a couple and each fill out an application..one will get approved and other will get denied.😢 I don't have bad credit..i just dont have any built credit yet. So I guess that means i dont deserve to live here and build credit. Its sad when young mothers are denied to live in a trailer park. I DON'T even have an eviction. I lived there as a roommate to the park manager. What wasn't already taken care of he did. The assistant was wonderful. Neighbors were great. Lots of nice people. You could talk with neighbors in the laundryroom, chat with the mail man. Whole park was great. We were a bit too close to cops and fire trucks at night. But a really nice park.
