I used to love coming to the Saddlebrook dispensary at the beginning of the year. The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and fun. Since the new management took over, the employees are still just as amazing helpful, kind, funny, and professional but the vibe has definitely changed. There’s more tension now, and at times you can even hear new management speaking to employees in a harsh or unfriendly way. Products also seem to be out of stock or delayed more often.
