I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the outstanding customer service. The food exceeded my expectations, and there were so many options to choose from that I could hardly decide where to start.
First and foremost, I appreciate that this establishment offers halal food. It's not always easy to find halal options, so knowing that Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet caters to this dietary need is a huge plus. It's inclusive and thoughtful, making it a great choice for a diverse group of diners.
The variety of dishes available was mind-blowing. From fresh sushi and sashimi to flavorful hibachi grilled items, there was something for every palate. The quality of the food was top-notch, and it was evident that they take pride in serving delicious meals.
What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. They made sure our drinks were never empty and promptly cleared our plates, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
The atmosphere at Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet was inviting and well-suited for a variety of occasions. Whether you're planning a family gathering, celebrating a birthday, or hosting a kids' birthday party, this place has you covered. The spacious seating and accommodating staff make it an ideal choice for larger groups, and they even have a special ambiance that adds to the festive mood.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the ample parking available, and the fact that it's free is a bonus in today's world where parking fees can add up quickly.
In conclusion, I can't say enough positive things about my visit to Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet. The excellent food, outstanding customer service, halal options, and versatile atmosphere make it a must-visit restaurant for anyone in the area. Whether you're looking for a great meal with family and friends or a special place to celebrate, Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet delivers on all fronts. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend...
Read moreMy mother is elderly and disabled and we were rushed to leave while we were still eating due to the fact that we were not Muslim. They clearly cater to those who Practice Ramadan and not anyone else. During Ramadan, before sunset, they did NOT bother refilling any of the food until after sunset when fasting time was over and large crowds came swarming in. Freshly made food came out and they provided Majool Dates and Bottled Water at each table to those who practice Ramadan and made sure they were well taken care of. Not once did we get refills on even beverages unless we flagged a waiter down. Everyone else who was obviously not Muslim were given water from the fountain drinks machine. They made sure to time-check everyone else who weren't practicing Muslims and to kick them out even while they were still eating! I've been there plenty of times and stayed over their "1 hour policy" and they never found it to be a problem. There were at least 2 Muslim families who were there as long as we were and THEY WERE NOT TOLD ANYTHING! My bill was about $195 for a table of 4 because we ordered take -out as well. We paid more than dine-in price, gave a 20% tip even BEFORE we knew what type of service we would be receiving and were treated like second class citizens all because we weren't who they wanted us to be: Muslim. I've commended the manager/owner on the food once, and I know he is of Middle Eastern decent, because of this, I understand the favoritism, it showed very clearly today.I have gone out of my way for years to come here, passing at least 10 other Hibachi restaurants but after tonight's very DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING experience I will be bringing my very large family elsewhere from now on to an establishment that does not discriminate and who...
Read moreI walked in with 7 other people and they automatically charged me around $30 tip... At an open buffet!! Where you serve yourself!! And dont get me wrong if the service is good i would have tipped more! The arab owner hears me talking to the lady about this stops ppl from tipping more and with an attitude he tells me in a sarcastic way (than u can tip more because thats how we are) So im like whatever someone suggested this place and i didnt feel like leaving to look for another place So we get sat down and no on came to ask us what we want to drink for a while! So i had to get someone to ask us what we want to drink The guy comes back with our drinks and puts all of the drinks at the edge of 1 of the 4 tables we are sitting on and walks away So i had to get up and serve everyone their drinks We ask for crab leg crackers and the lady tells me that they arnt allowed to give any table more than 1 and after looking at her and the 8 of us back and forth she tells me that shes going to get me 1 more as our little secret ! The owner has an attitude, they dont take your drink order, they dont give u enough utensils and the food is bland.. How does this place deserve any kind of tip? I say stay away, safe your money and go somewhere else! Oh and just because there was 1 lady that noticed how frustrated we were and kept apologizing when it wasnt her fault i tipped her another$40 because its not about the money! Its about getting the basic service thats...
