I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the outstanding customer service. The food exceeded my expectations, and there were so many options to choose from that I could hardly decide where to start.

First and foremost, I appreciate that this establishment offers halal food. It's not always easy to find halal options, so knowing that Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet caters to this dietary need is a huge plus. It's inclusive and thoughtful, making it a great choice for a diverse group of diners.

The variety of dishes available was mind-blowing. From fresh sushi and sashimi to flavorful hibachi grilled items, there was something for every palate. The quality of the food was top-notch, and it was evident that they take pride in serving delicious meals.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. They made sure our drinks were never empty and promptly cleared our plates, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

The atmosphere at Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet was inviting and well-suited for a variety of occasions. Whether you're planning a family gathering, celebrating a birthday, or hosting a kids' birthday party, this place has you covered. The spacious seating and accommodating staff make it an ideal choice for larger groups, and they even have a special ambiance that adds to the festive mood.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the ample parking available, and the fact that it's free is a bonus in today's world where parking fees can add up quickly.

In conclusion, I can't say enough positive things about my visit to Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet. The excellent food, outstanding customer service, halal options, and versatile atmosphere make it a must-visit restaurant for anyone in the area. Whether you're looking for a great meal with family and friends or a special place to celebrate, Royal Hibachi Grill Buffet delivers on all fronts. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend...

My mother is elderly and disabled and we were rushed to leave while we were still eating due to the fact that we were not Muslim. They clearly cater to those who Practice Ramadan and not anyone else. During Ramadan, before sunset, they did NOT bother refilling any of the food until after sunset when fasting time was over and large crowds came swarming in. Freshly made food came out and they provided Majool Dates and Bottled Water at each table to those who practice Ramadan and made sure they were well taken care of. Not once did we get refills on even beverages unless we flagged a waiter down. Everyone else who was obviously not Muslim were given water from the fountain drinks machine. They made sure to time-check everyone else who weren't practicing Muslims and to kick them out even while they were still eating! I've been there plenty of times and stayed over their "1 hour policy" and they never found it to be a problem. There were at least 2 Muslim families who were there as long as we were and THEY WERE NOT TOLD ANYTHING! My bill was about $195 for a table of 4 because we ordered take -out as well. We paid more than dine-in price, gave a 20% tip even BEFORE we knew what type of service we would be receiving and were treated like second class citizens all because we weren't who they wanted us to be: Muslim. I've commended the manager/owner on the food once, and I know he is of Middle Eastern decent, because of this, I understand the favoritism, it showed very clearly today.I have gone out of my way for years to come here, passing at least 10 other Hibachi restaurants but after tonight's very DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING experience I will be bringing my very large family elsewhere from now on to an establishment that does not discriminate and who...

I walked in with 7 other people and they automatically charged me around $30 tip... At an open buffet!! Where you serve yourself!! And dont get me wrong if the service is good i would have tipped more! The arab owner hears me talking to the lady about this stops ppl from tipping more and with an attitude he tells me in a sarcastic way (than u can tip more because thats how we are) So im like whatever someone suggested this place and i didnt feel like leaving to look for another place So we get sat down and no on came to ask us what we want to drink for a while! So i had to get someone to ask us what we want to drink The guy comes back with our drinks and puts all of the drinks at the edge of 1 of the 4 tables we are sitting on and walks away So i had to get up and serve everyone their drinks We ask for crab leg crackers and the lady tells me that they arnt allowed to give any table more than 1 and after looking at her and the 8 of us back and forth she tells me that shes going to get me 1 more as our little secret ! The owner has an attitude, they dont take your drink order, they dont give u enough utensils and the food is bland.. How does this place deserve any kind of tip? I say stay away, safe your money and go somewhere else! Oh and just because there was 1 lady that noticed how frustrated we were and kept apologizing when it wasnt her fault i tipped her another$40 because its not about the money! Its about getting the basic service thats...

Really shocked to not see people talking about this place as much. The dinner deal is $26/person & we thought the food was generally great. Come on an empty stomach but get small portions of everything just to try at first. Soda is complimentary per person. Go on a weekday afternoon to avoid the lunch and dinner rush. Chicken is hand-slaughtered. CLOSED ON EID DAY 6/28. #halal #buffet #restaurants #food #newjersey #nyc #halalrestaurant #halalfood #halalbuffet #hibachi #sushi #hiddengem

Great place for family gatherings, servers were nice too and food was good but there was a bug and im guessing its from the strawberries I picked, could be wrong but anyways there was this manager or whoever he is, was doing an advertisement with cameras. Anyways he comes to our table and ask “Any of you speak English” weird question to ask because I noticed and overheard when he went to other tables he didnt ask that question but thats not the issue he ask hows the food and etc and I tell him its good but I found a bug on my plate, and it took a while because he kept interrupting me while trying to explain and finally when he gave me the chance to speak I tell him yes the food is great but I found a bug on my food wanted to know what you would do, and told him I have proof and he just dismisses my concern and goes on about the advertisement and how he is going to have us in his advertisement and I told him no thank you and wanted ask if he’ll do something about the bug but he just says okay we won’t film you and left to the next table. Didnt acknowledge the problem I didnt want anything extravagant but just an apology because me and my family come here to eat and we really enjoyed it but with the way he handled my issue it felt unprofessional and very egotistical since he was talking about how great the food is and how its halal, like yes we are aware of that there are signs that we can read. Hopefully someone can take me serious about the bug.

The server was friendly, but we constantly had to leave our table and go to the service station to ask for things. They really need to check on guests more frequently. The bathrooms were extremely dirty — one sink has been broken for a while, and the other is badly backed up. The sushi tongs never seem to get cleaned, which is very concerning. As for the food, it’s decent, but it’s no better or worse than other buffets in the area. Unfortunately, they’ve really dropped the ball when it comes to keeping the food stations filled and maintaining the quality they had when they first opened. The dinner menu also had far fewer options than expected, and prices have steadily increased — all while the selection has gotten smaller. It’s frustrating to see prices go up repeatedly while the experience declines. They urgently need to improve cleanliness, especially by assigning someone to regularly maintain the bathrooms. Some guests leave the facilities in terrible condition, and it reflects poorly on the restaurant when it isn’t addressed promptly. Overall, the restaurant used to be a great place to dine, but now it feels like you’re overpaying for an experience that no longer meets basic expectations for cleanliness or quality. I truly hope they can turn things around, but for now, it’s disappointing.
