Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lodi

We've eaten here before, even before the famous Popeyes chicken sandwich came out. And while we like the blazing the trail for eating at different places, sometimes you have to follow the hype. Which of course is what leads us to come here on the grand return of Popeye's famous chicken sandwich, and while it was a little hard to get in their small driveway because the drive-thru was filled up right to the highway, we were able to sneak past and get into the parking lot to go inside. Once inside we had about a dozen people already waiting for the chicken sandwich, however one of the customers before us immediately that all them are already being served so we can order our food. Once we made our way to the register we found a younger employee working there who is zuri personable and happy to be working on such a busy day. Even informed us that he expected this and was ready for the challenge. Great customer service! Well ordering the chicken was easy and our week was much longer than usual, I probably say about 15 minutes, the chicken sandwich was definitely all the hype and at all the flavor...

This Restaurant is nice but the workers should put the chocolate chips cookies like in a pack of 3 cookies like for $2.19 not for $4.99 and you guys should have two drive thru order and a Y sign so it could be much better for the cars went they order there food and you guys should have bullet proof drive thru window so the workers could be protected and you guys need trash bins outside and also street lights for back there cause it's very dangerous for the workers if they throw the trash away and yes Mexican should own this restaurant it's much better for the workers. And the workers should have a small board on the drive thru machine not paper cause the customer won't see that so the worker should remove that paper and put something like a small board so the customers could read it, And the Donuts should be for breakfast and the cookies should be for dessert like after lunch or dinner only for a family meal so it could be better for the customers and the cookies should be in 3 pack or 4 pack only for a Family Meal and this restaurant is great but it need a change by 2023...

A one star isn’t even worth giving ! The MANAGER Maria I believe her name was is HORRIBLE ! Her customer service SUCKS & idk why she a manager . She was extremely rude to my fiancé . She dropped a chicken box on the FLOOR and picked it up and preceded to use it for ONE OF MY ORDERS ! When I said something to her she had the audacity to LIE when I saw her with my own eyes ! Then started to speak in Spanish to her co worker about me saying something . After waiting 30 MINS for our order plus NASTY customer service we asked for a refund . Nobody communicated with us on why the order was taking longer than usual . I never had a problem at this Popeyes but the new staff is horrible . I know fast food can be frustrating because I did it when I was younger but a paying customer should never be treated the way we were today !
