I went to purchase furniture on 12/29. People in the store were very respectful and had great customer service with a great selection of furniture that caught my eye. I ended up purchasing a bed set for almost 2k. I was told that my furniture would be to me within 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. Fast forward, 4 weeks went by and I did not have my order. I called and they let me know it was delayed. I allowed approximately 2-3 more weeks to go by which was now the middle of January. I called again and the order was still delayed. I ended up going in on Wednesday 1/27 to change my order and order something that was in stock and would be delivered right away. I changed my order, and got a new bed set which I was told would be delivered by the end of that week but to give it a little extra time. I called on Wednesday 2/3 and asked what was the update of my order and if it was not delete red by Friday 2/5 I no longer wanted it. I was assured itâll be in by Friday for sure and heâll call to set up a delivery date. Friday came and there was no call or update. I went into the store around 5pm and asked to cancel the entire order I wanted a refund. Alex in the store said that I should give it until 8pm because trucks can deliver up until the store closed. I asked if he can show me confirmation that the delivery would be here by 8pm and Id go home and wait until he called to set up a date. He had no confirmation of the delivery making it by 8pm, all he said was he got a call that morning saying they were delivering it. I told him I donât want it. He told me that I was refusing delivery and that 30% would be taken out of my refund which is ABSURD. Itâs almost 2 months since I placed an order with no furniture. On top of making payments on the furniture I had not even gotten. I think itâs ridiculous how they wonât refund me all my money and are trying to take 30% when they never got the product!    Read moreThis is the absolute worst place to purchase from. The gentleman Alex does appear to offer great customer service. The reality is he is covering and telling lie after lies. I purchased 3 bedroom sets and a dining room set as we were moving to a new apartment. After a year my glass dining room table shattered which was most likely a small hair line cut that came with the item. I went and replaced the table because I could not hold them responsible. While purchasing the table my daughter brought a Bluetooth mirror. We had the mirror a few months and it stopped working. It took Alex 3 months to get a technician to my home whom did absolutely nothing. He didn't want to open the mirror because of liability. A month an a half later I get a call from the young lady Lucy whom I never did business with stating the company refused to do anything as too much time had gone by. I knew in advance they were giving me the run around. Might I add it took over a month for my home furniture orders to arrive which caused our move in date to be pushed back. I went to the store to request a refund because the order was taking so long. I was told id be charged 30 percent for refusing the order. I was forced to wait. The people who delivered told me they often have problems because again they aren't truthful with people. These are the worst people to shop from. Don't be fooled by them offering credit. There are more stores in the area that offer the same with far better prices. Alex appears to tey but again its part of the customer service game once they have your money. I recently purchased a living set and I am extremely happy with the craftsmanship and beauty of the set. Another amazing point was the cost I paid. Given the senseless and over priced cost of so many things, I am pleased to say the living set was affordable and added value to my living room.
