⚠️ Update: Things just got worse — and if you’re reading this, you need to read every word.
After everything I went through with Walmart Saddle Brook, I finally get a message asking me to reach out — and for what? To be treated like an idiot by someone on the phone who clearly has no clue what she’s doing? She puts me on hold, drops the call, then says they “can’t talk right now.” Is this your idea of customer service? Because it’s honestly a joke.
Let me be clear: this isn’t a one-time issue. Almost everyone I know has had a bad experience with Walmart, but unlike them, I’m not just going to complain and move on. I’m going to hold you accountable. I’m not stopping until I get the justice I deserve.
Your so-called “customer service” is just a label — there’s nothing behind it. No respect. No responsibility. No solutions. If you can’t manage your own employees, train your staff properly, or provide basic decency to the people who keep your business running, then maybe you shouldn’t be in business at all.
This store has become a symbol of failure — full of employees who don’t know how to talk, managers who don’t know how to lead, and a company that clearly doesn’t care. You’re not just losing customers — you’re destroying your own name. And I promise, I won’t let this slide
To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely distressing and discriminatory incident that took place on June 1st, 2025, at the Walmart location in Saddle Brook, NJ.
I went to the store to purchase baby formula for my 10-month-old daughter. When I asked a female employee for help, she completely ignored me and then shouted at me, telling me I couldn’t go to the baby section. Her tone was aggressive and deeply disrespectful.
Later, at the cashier, another employee treated me with clear racial and personal bias. I was with my niece and we both felt extremely uncomfortable and humiliated.
As we were leaving, I asked the employee at the door to call the manager, JC. He acted as if he was calling him but kept stalling for over 15 minutes. Then I asked another female employee to help, and she also claimed the manager was on his way, but after another 15 minutes, she came back and told me I had to wait outside and couldn’t stay in the store. She spoke to me in a mocking, dismissive way that triggered my neurological condition. I had just been hospitalized the day before for a nervous episode, and her behavior escalated my stress and anxiety.
I then went back inside and asked to speak to the manager JC directly. When I explained everything that had happened, he coldly told me there was nothing he could do, that the employees were “free to act however they want,” and that he “can’t control them.” I pleaded with him to at least stop the female employee from speaking badly about me to others — she was laughing with staff and making fun of my appearance — but he dismissed it entirely.
At this point, I was humiliated, mentally shaken, and pushed to the edge. I had to call the police and file a report, and the names of the staff involved are included in that report. I have also consulted with a lawyer and I fully intend to move forward with legal action.
This experience has left me traumatized. I now fear going anywhere alone. The damage to my mental and emotional well-being is real, and the negligence, cruelty, and unprofessionalism I experienced inside your store are unacceptable.
I expect a full investigation and accountability for what happened. I am demanding a formal apology, disciplinary action against the employees involved, and confirmation that steps will be taken to prevent such mistreatment from happening again — not just to me, but to any customer.
If I do not hear from you soon, I will escalate this matter further through legal channels and public platforms.

Read moreI gave this Walmart really bad rate because this place and employee’s was so unsanitary. For starters one of the employees came out of the family bathroom where I was going to use without washing his hands. What made this matter even worse was that he was going back to restocking stuff on the shelves. We are in the middle of an outbreak of the monkeypoks and this is how he carries on working in the store. Another problem for me is that there was no soap in the dispensers. There was no soap in the main bathroom or the family bathroom. This happened last time when I went there I thought their would be some when I came back the next time but I guess I was wrong. There’s monkey parks in Covid still going on and there’s no soap this is dangerous and very unsanitary. That’s was a big no-no for me. I was actually going to buy me some body wash but I saw the same guy Who came out the bath without washing his hands restocking the body washes, so at that momentI just changed my mind. Another thing is that the employees let this woman children wear The little princess dresses that parents buy for their children to play dress up in. They just let her and her children just Rome around store dirtying up the dresses. Another reason why I gave this place a little store because they always Close the self check out at peak hours when there’s a whole bunch of people in the store and ask them why they do that they never give me a good reason. This place needs better management. I don’t know what happened to the store throughout the years but wait to come here used before it was never like this this started happening in the past 2 to 3 years. Walmart needs to stop letting these employees do whatever they want because they are beginning to be a menace to society when it comes to...
Read moreTerrible photo workers and manager. Ordered bunch of photos to be ready in an hour. Got my email that its ready and went to pick it up. I know where the pick ip photos are placed and saw one set laying there. One lady from the second shift said she doesnt see photos anywhere and when I pointed at the set placed in a ready bin, she refused to check. I called the manager but he only said “whatever she said”. I went to pick it up the next day and surprise, people from another shift reached put where I pointed and of course, those were my photos. I assumed it may be a one off incident so I tried them again when I needed another set of photos. I ordered a 1 hour service, naturally, nobody called or emailed an entire day, so I let it go and decided to pick em up the next day to be sure. I went there next day afternoon and they said the one hour photos I ordered the day before arent ready because people who “usually take care of it” will be in later. Hours later and of course no photos nearly 2 days later. If that is the attitude there and the manager simply waves at it saying “whatever they say” I wonder how other aspects of this locations are run. Are thing listed as in stock but never loooked for because some dont care to look? And the manager just says “whatever they say”? How about other areas then? Health protocols, inventory. Is it all talen care of the same way, not even double checked because the manager says...
