Sally Beauty — Attraction in Saint Augustine

Excellent experience! I noticed my hair is starting to come out when I brush it, so being a woman, of course I panicked! I immediately went to Sally's to get something to repair my hair and stop it from falling out. Thank God Lue was working! He patiently listened to my concerns and directed me to the right products I would need...A deep treatment leave in conditioner, and a spray for me to protect my hair when I use that flat iron, and a shampoo that should help my hair grow. (I have not tried the shampoo yet)I used the leave in treatment when I got home, and the heat protectant spray when I flat iron my hair. I can already see & feel the difference. Normally i love sallys. Lots of products and the staff is usually pretty helpful, but what is up with the phone system? Does it not work or do they like just not answering it for customers?? I attempted to call them to see if they had a product in stock and i was never answered after 5 calls.....so i drive up there and i see that its not busy at all and that their phones are set to silent! I walked in calling them on the phone!! What kind of service is that??! I drove all the way there for them to NOT have the product in and they didn't give me a reason to why they didn't answer my calls. And they haven't changed anything in over 2 weeks seeing how i just called 3 more times and it just rings and rings. bought hair care item less than 30 days ago. tried it twice and didnt like it. went to return it today, but only got store credit. nowhere on receipt does it state if you use it, you only get store credit. i did not use even half (or a quarter) of it, as they had to find another bottle to check how much was used. looked on sally beauty website and again, nowhere does it state that i cant get my money back if i was unhappy with the product. how am i supposed to know if i will like something if i havent tried it? reached out to customer support. stuck with store credit but unsure if i want to continue shopping there. shouldve taken a picture but i really didnt know i would have to. ive returned items before with no issue. i guess its the principle of it! maybe the rules have changed since ive...
