Excellent experience! I noticed my hair is starting to come out when I brush it, so being a woman, of course I panicked! He patiently listened to my concerns and directed me to the right products I would need...A deep treatment leave in conditioner, and a spray for me to protect my hair when I use that flat iron, and a shampoo that should help my hair grow. Read moreNormally i love sallys. Lots of products and the staff is usually pretty helpful, but what is up with the phone system? Does it not work or do they like just not answering it for customers?? I attempted to call them to see if they had a product in stock and i was never answered after 5 calls.....so i drive up there and i see that its not busy at all and that their phones are set to silent! I walked in calling them on the phone!! What kind of service is that??! I drove all the way there for them to NOT have the product in and they didn't give me a reason to why they didn't answer my calls. And they haven't changed anything in over 2 weeks seeing how i just called 3 more times and it just rings and rings.
