Green China — Restaurant in Saint Charles

We tried this place for the 1st time tonight. It was for a delivery order. I had ordered a large order of chicken fried rice, a large order of shrimp chow mein, an order of crab rangoons, and a small order of egg drop soup. When our food came, we had received chicken chow mein, instead of shrimp chow mein, and a small order of chicken fried rice, instead of large order (the other items were correct). I called, and she said the guy had heard me wrong and thought I said chicken. She said she would send another small order of the rice (to make it a large), and a small shrimp chow mein, instead of a large one and we could just keep the chicken chow mein (we had ordered a large shrimp chow mein, I told her we don't like the chicken. Though it wasn't our fault they sent us the incorrect item, one we wouldn't have eaten-and didn't, we were going to finally be given the item we had ordered, but as a small order, though we were charged for a large order). An hour later, our replacement food, the small chicken fried rice and small shrimp chow mein arrived. While eating the shrimp chow mein, which tasted great, I noticed a black thing on one of the large wedges of onion. It was a bug wing, fairly large, with a small section of the body attached to it. I took a picture of it, though I do not see a place where I can attach it to my review on here. I called Green China to let them know, and I got an "I'm sorry about that" by the man who answered. If you’re looking for good food and great customer service this is not the place for you. Imagine working all day and craving your favorite food to get home to disappointment. I placed an order over the phone and asked for hot braised chicken. The women who answer the phone said they don’t have that but they do have general Tso chicken which is supposed to be hot and spicy. I told her I’ll try it as long as it hot and spicy as she rushed me with my order. I stay 15 mins from the establishment. I checked my order to make sure everything was in there but what I should’ve done was check my chicken to see if it was hot. The chicken was nasty and it was sweet not hot at all. I was not satisfied with this food especially for the amount I paid. I called and the same women tells me to come get a cup of hot sauce. I was in disbelief that she told me to come get a cup of hot sauce. Of course I disagree with that and she hung up on me. I called back and she tells me I don’t have time to go back and forward with you and said come get the hot sauce if you choose. This is my second and last time going to this place. But if you value good customer service and your money...

Crazy with dietary restrictions. I can’t just order rice noodles with their curry sauce and not get charge full price if I was to order it as the Singapore Mae fun. I’m not getting the vegetables. I’m not getting the chicken, the pork, the shrimp or veggies nothing else noodles and sauce still the same price like 13.00 and then I asked could I just get a side of the curry sauce cause you can get sides of oyster sauce sweet-and-sour sauce but no apparently, you can’t just get an order of the curry sauce. Update I decided to go there anyways and order my dish and asked for the pork chicken and shrimp on THE SIDE which they have done for the last 1.5 years and she said no bc it’s already mixed together. Since when does a restaurant keep those meats and seafood all together???? Plus I normally have to ask them to make it spicy and I was able to eat maybe 6 bites before I was in the bathroom puking it...
