I wish I could rate this place even lower. We walked into their store for a custom engraved engagement ring on 12/14/2024. I was told that from the day I approve the wax mold it will take about two weeks. I understand at the time it was Christmas, and they were busy. However, I was told they will get back to me after the holidays, but they did not give me a specific time. I called them back on 12/28/2024 to start the process, to which they replied that the jeweler was not going to be back until 1/8/25. This was not communicated to us on the first visit. We reached back out on the 8th, and they responded saying the jeweler had Covid!! (the 8th was our 3 year anniversary, when we learned that it could take up to two weeks on 12/14/24 we were kind of planning around the 1/8/25). Later, we had confirmed the wax mold on 1/14/25, and they confirmed via text (I have screenshots of the text message exchange) that it would take about two weeks from that point. I called them on 1/21/25, a week from 1/14/25, for an update and called back again 1/28/25, which was the official two weeks from 1/14/25, expecting the ring to be ready for pick up. We did not receive the ring until the 2/12/25!!!!!
Throughout this almost two months, they failed to respond back on time. We always had to initiate the inquiry. Every time we called the store and asked for our sales rep, they mentioned they were busy and would call us back. Some days we received a text and some days no text or call at all. We had to drive to the store multiple times for an update because they would not communicate with us via phone call or text. Their staff tried to gaslight us by saying we approved the wax on 1/28/25 and two weeks from that time would have been the 2/12/25. However, the text message says we approved wax on 1/14/25.
During this time, they had never mentioned that they had to send the ring off to a "special engraver" and never set our expectation for such lengthy process. It was on 2/1/25 when we find out the reason for why it's taking such a long time.
We had two associates that were trying to somehow put the blame on us for not giving them the exact date we needed the ring. However, we wanted to work with their timeline as we understand custom rings may take a while to make. Once they told us two weeks timeline, we started making our plans according to that new time frame. Since we did not receive the ring in two weeks or any communication about it being almost a month late, we had made plans that we did not get to carry out. This has ruined our surprise and whole engagement experience.
They were rude, unfair, discriminatory and unenthusiastically apologetic towards us, including the owner of the business, Mike. We asked for compensation for such behavior and treatment, to which they took off only $25 from our total price. That doesn't even cover the gas money that we spent to go to the store due to their lack of communication.
On top of all that, the ring did not come out exactly how I envisioned. When I mentioned it to them, the sales rep asked me to not buy the ring and that they could sell it to someone else! They had already wasted two months of our time by jerking us around and at this point we needed the ring, so we ended up purchasing it anyway. I will be taking it to a different jewelry store to remake the band. It was unprofessional and unexpected behavior from such a reputable jeweler, considering we walked in with a positive and hopeful attitude.
Mike tried to avoid the compensation conversation by taking his employee's side by saying she has NEVER made such mistakes in her 40 years with the business, but I see there are a lot of one star reviews as well!!
I am so disappointed in this experience, which should have been special, especially for my fiance. I would never advise anyone to do business here. If you still choose to do business here, please, avoid seeing TAMMY...

Had went to purchase an engagement ring for my now wife. Told the sales rep from jump that I have not bought jewelry in a VERY long time and do not know jack about squat. Told the sales rep she likes dainty jewelry, and told her the stone she wanted. Sales rep designed a ring based on these specs and off I go. A few days later, a stone pops out of the side of the ring. We go in. They offer to fix. No problem but mention the ring bent a bit due to every day office work. Wife then begins taking her ring off even when using the hole punch at her desk.
Fast forward a few months, more stones pop out the side. I take it back. Different sales rep mentions how the ring is too thin and the setting is too tall. So even when putting on a jacket, it can cause the metal to twist which will loosen the settings. So the first rep designed a ring that cannot withstand the rigors of putting on a jacket?
We see about getting a thicker ring. Sales rep only gives me partial credit for the defective ring they designed and sold to me towards the new ring. Told it will take a week to complete. This same rep then states that my wife wouldn't wear the band afterwards as "most women do not wear the engagement ring after marriage. Only the wedding band." Not sure what the heck that was about as I know next to no one that doesn't wear both as a set.
Also had to defend my ring size to the sales reps on more than one occasion as they kept trying to sell me on a ring that was too small to fit my finger for my wedding ring. This has become an on going commentary every time I...
Read moreMy fiancé came here just over two years ago to purchase an engagement ring and we haven’t stopped being their customers ever since. Their staff is absolutely wonderful and are truly dedicated to their industry and customers.
After we got engaged, my grandmother passed away and left me her wedding ring. I was lost on what to do with it because I didn’t want it sitting in a jewelry box forever. Last month, we went in and saw our absolute favorite, Tammi, and she helped customize the most perfect ring while using my grandma’s diamonds and gold. We picked it up today and I swear she was more excited than I was because I think she had a feeling she’d see me back in with her ring asking for ideas. Tammi, you are the absolute sweetest and best gal. Jonathon and I can’t thank you and your entire team enough for your brilliance and dedication.
Tammy (I hope I’m spelling it right), one of their jewelers— thank you for creating this. Tears were shed when Tammi showed me and I wish I could have squeezed you. The ring means more to me than you’ll ever know. If I could show my grandma, she’d be in awe and at your store in seconds to have you create something for her.
Michael, you have the best team. That’s all we can say. I tell EVERYONE about your store and to come see you guys. Thank you times a million.
Jonathon & Megan
