I really debated on how I wanted to approach this. The massage itself was good and I like that I was able to make a same day appointment. I scheduled a couples massage for my fiance' and me. However, when we arrived the lady asked me "Are you 1:30 appointment"? I said yes. We follow her to the room and she says "ok lady here and man here". She points somewhere else for my fiance'..I said "I thought we were going to be in the same room"? The lady proceeds to put a hand on each of my biceps and grips and shoves me into the room! No joke. To the point I was resisting and she pushed harder! This was in efforts to show me it was separate rooms, but they are conjoined. With a bed placed head to head with several feet between. Instead of side by side like I had envisioned. I was so taken back that she would put her hands on me in such a manner. She is very lucky that I am not easily intimidated. I think many other people would have reacted very differently. I spent the next 15 minutes in the massage chair trying to figure out what the heck had just happened. I would have left if it wasn't for the fact it was my only day off work and I wouldn't be able to schedule anywhere else for that day. Also my fiance had to leave for work soon. The part where my face rested in the massage chair there was a cloth over the part that was supposed to have an open area for your mouth. I spent majority of the massage just trying not suffocate. I have only had one other massage years ago. I do not get to treat myself like this often nor do we have couples time often as we have kids. This was such a let down and not the romantic/relaxing experience I imagined. While the massage was good I did not leave as relaxed as I thought I would be especially for the money. Then after all of this they have the audacity to verbally ask at the register for a tip. Instead of allowing you to fill that out on the receipt for yourself. I really hate going somewhere ans I'm splurging as a treat and it's such a disappointment. Leaves me feeling I should have just kept my money and not...

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ♥️ Tiya always welcomes me with open me with open arms! Linda is a newer therapist and honestly one of the nicest people I’ve met. The facility is so clean and smells so good. Always remembers my problem areas and finding ways to keep the pain away. If I could rate them an 11 I absolutely would! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
If I could rate this place a 10 star I would! I called the owner Tiya to get a massage and got in almost immediately. When coming in I was greeted with a smile and shortly after into my room for the massage. The room was calm and quiet. Very clean and decorated. Before starting, she politely asked what pressure I'd like. Always a plus! Best massage of my life! After my massage, she gave me a water and we lightly talked about what I'll do after I left. Honestly one of the kindest souls I've ever met, will be coming in as...
Read moreI never do this, and prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt - but, I have to call this business out as the massage was so amateur/ weak/ unprofessional /uncomfortable that I asked to leave in the middle of the 90 minute session - 45 minutes in. Another women insisted I pay for the 90 minutes anyway- which to avoid further unprofessional behavior from these people, or calling the police-I did, but will dispute, and still tipped the poor girl bc she tried. Overall concerned they actually practice acupressure on people and that it will cause harm. Fellows- you can find better ending happily. Unfortunately my shoulder is still spasming, and if I wasn’t so Completely Appalled at the uncomfortable experience - it would be humorous. Feel terrible about the review- but maybe they will...
