I came in to fix a broken screen for my LG G2 phone in March; this was literally a day before I was meant to be leaving for a cross-country road trip/ move to a new state. Before I found out about this shop from a friend, I was skeptical that I was going to find someplace that could fix my problem with a short notice and charge a fair price. I was proven wrong - the quality of service that Smart Devices 911 provides has been beyond phenomenal and extremely reliable. They also have the most competitive price for their service in the area, which I can say after doing some extensive comparisons.
Their communication has been timely and professional. I received a phone call when my phone was ready and they even responded to a question that I sent them via facebook on a day that shop was closed, which demonstrates their outstanding customer service as well as commitment to doing an exceptional job and being the best in their field.
Recently, I had an issue come up with my phone again, so they offered me to send it by mail, as I am no longer based in St. Cloud, and have it returned with an unbeatable turn around time. Their service is personal; you will feel looked after, which is rare in this day and age when everyone seems to be looking to make a profit at someone else's expense.

I brought my wifes phone with a broken screen and they were never able to fix my wife's iPhone and they wanted us to stay with a screen that wasn't broken but it would not turn on, so Xavier didn't have to return our money. I have brought other phones before and never had any problems until the business went under new administration. I took the phone to iPhone and they asked me if the phone had been opened before because it had missing parts. I had to go and asked for the missing parts to Xavier and he acted like it was nothing. They gave me some parts, but they were the wrong ones. Imagine you take your car to the mechanic with a broken window and they fix the window but return it with no battery. I had just to let it go cause I dont know what I would have done, so I bought my wife another phone. This people suuuuuck. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS TO THIS PEOPLE!!! They might fix your device but it will have missing screws or other parts...

They could not figure out how to fix my iPad so only ended up fixing the iPhone screen that was broken(so I had to pay full price) Well I sold it on eBay a day after it was repaired and got it sent back because the screen was set off to the side blocking half of the front camera. I had to pay shipping to the person who bought it with insurance, shipping back to me and eBay fees of $30 because they didn't put the screen on correctly. I brought it back and they are fixing it but I am out about $55 extra for the eBay return. And now I'm wondering if my iPad was indeed fixable which they told me wasn't and that it was worth nothing and to recycle it. I mean if your thing is fixing iPad screens ...how was this missed?
