Kuppa Thyme Tea Room & Gift Shop — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

This is a great day to peruse this gift shop and tea room!!! Super affordable bargains on handcrafted ornaments! There are hundreds of other unique antiques and crafts to be found supplied by vendors or curated by the owner. The December twinkly lights and decorations are up and it is festive and a half.

Today I saw handmade origami ornaments for only $1 apiece!!! Also hats, fascinators, tableware made in England, clothing, napkins and a life-size stand-up photo of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth (God rest her beloved soul) presiding over the tea room. Of course there were also tea cups, tea pots, and plates for sale.

I found the menu items very reasonable compared to other tea rooms...

Everything about this tea room was top notch. The reservations, the menu choice, the service, the location, the atmosphere, the price. We had a party of 4 for a retirement party. I chose the high tea and was not disappointed. Scones with sweet and savory toppings, vegetarian quiche, salad with a fabulous home-made dressing, three different types of tea sandwiches and a variety of pastries for dessert. And the teas! I went here for a meeting with several ladies. It's small, but very charming. So many interesting things are nearly arranged that you can feast your eyes upon & purchase if you so desire. After our meeting, we were served chai tea with two types of finger sandwiches- cucumber and carrot raisin. They were both surprisingly good. I did not think I would like the carrot raisin, yet I did. The chai tea was deliciously flavored and sweet.
