Island Cloud Grill — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

My recent experience at Island Cloud Grill was disheartening. The overall service was subpar – our waitress managed to mix up our orders, leaving us with a frustrating dining experience. To make matters worse, the table was left uncleared, lacking attention to basic cleanliness standards. Attempting to address these issues, we sought to speak with the manager, but our attempts were blatantly ignored. This unresponsiveness was disappointing, leaving us feeling dismissed and undervalued as customers. While I understand that restaurant experiences can vary, the treatment we received fueled the perception that discriminatory factors may have influenced it. It is disconcerting to think that our attempt to communicate with the manager was disregarded, potentially due to our Latino background. Discrimination has no place in the service industry, and establishments must ensure equal treatment for all patrons. Food quality was delicious! Only complaint was that there arent more vegetarian options. But I had the Caesar salad and some french fries and it was wonderful. My mom had the salmon salad and she said it was delicious as well. Our server was so sweet. We came in at like 2 pm on a Monday so it wasnt very busy at all. The only complaint about the service is that its a very big restaraunt and there was only one server working. She was so sweet and attentive, there's just so much space in there its hard to be everywhere at once. The ambiance was fantastic. They have a stage where I'm presuming live music is played, and they have a bunch of dart games which we did not partake in, but they looked fun! Recommend going here, especially if you're visiting or going through St. Cloud. The triple chocolate cake...

Update Been here 3 different times and although I like it I would say it was fantastic as the first visit.

The last 2 times the green beans have been flavorless and cold so that's that. The salon was just ok. My kid loves the Mac and cheese and my husband his salad. I continue to visit hoping things go back to how it was the first time.
