Pops Waffle & Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

I’m so happy St. Cloud has a real icecream shop now! I’ve lived here my whole life and only discovered this place recently. It’s nice to have a place with the traditional icecream, sundaes, and homemade cones instead of just soft serve and milkshakes to choose from. I’m happy to report that with so many flavors they’ll let you sample one or two to make sure you like it before committing. The staff were lovely as well and gladly accommodated me when I asked for my waffle icecream sandwich to have the icecream on the side (I’m one of those people who don’t want their food touching but I just really wanted the mini waffles 😅). This place is especially awesome to go to after a movie, during a weekend market event, or after dinner when you’re in downtown. So happy to see small town businesses thriving and putting out good food...

Amazing First Visit!

I visited Pop's Waffle and Ice Cream for the first time today, and I was thoroughly impressed. The place is clean, and the employees are incredibly friendly. As someone new to the area, I appreciated how quickly they recommended local favorites when I mentioned it was my first time.

The selection of ice cream is great, but the real star here is their waffle ice cream. I opted for the waffle sandwich with salted caramel ice cream, and it was fantastic. The waffle tasted freshly made, with a batter you can tell is made in-house, and it paired perfectly with the creamy ice cream. Everything melted together in the best way possible.

I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back...

I recently visited Pops Waffle & Ice Cream Shoppe, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The ice cream was absolutely delicious, with a range of flavors that made it hard to choose just one.

What really stood out, though, was the amazing service. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I was also impressed by how clean the place was; it felt very welcoming and well-maintained.

I particularly appreciated that they changed their gloves every time they brought ice cream to the table, which shows a commitment to cleanliness and customer care.
