Outdoor Living — Attraction in Saint George

Initially, dealing with Outdoor Living was smooth, especially after investing over $10,000 in furniture and an umbrella from them. They assured us it was built to withstand high winds and came with a manufacturer's warranty. They even promised to cover any damage caused by winds. However, one evening, I left the umbrella open after dinner on what seemed to be a calm night, but then an unexpected desert wind gust hit.

When we reached out to Outdoor Living, their response was unexpectedly different. They suggested we contact our homeowners' insurance, which was quite a contrast from what we were told during the purchase. We faced numerous delays and it took from Memorial Day to two weeks after Labor Day to finally have our umbrella repaired, and we had to pay for the parts and labor ourselves. The entire summer without our large investment. Outdoor Living displayed a lack of concern throughout this ordeal.

My advice to anyone reading this: steer clear of buying an umbrella from them. Consider a more affordable option from Home Depot. My wife and I were looking for some nice, higher quality patio furniture. We stopped by Outdoor Living to take a look. A nice person named Amanda helped us. She answered a few questions that we had, let us look and test out several chairs to take a sitting test drive. We found the one's that we liked and felt the best to us. Then we went shopping at a couple other places. We did find some other things that we liked, but the one's at Outdoor Living edged out! Especially since we feel that this purchase is one that we will be sitting in and enjoying for many years to come! Outdoor living is my new favorite store in St. George! I am ecstatic about my new patio set and the customer service that I received. Loren, the Customer Relations Specialist, provided my husband and I with a level of customer service I have never experienced in any other industry. I will absolutely refer anyone I meet to him and his store, especially if customer care and quality merchandise is as important to them as it is to me.
