Stephen Wade Cadillac — Local services in Saint George

I'm not sure how Stephen Wade Cadillac gets so many good reviews. I have had 2 experiences with them and neither were good. My first experience was several years ago when they were adding $3000 onto the sticker of vehicles. The sales manager said they wouldn't add on if I lived in the area, which I do. Then quoted me a payment with the $3000 in. Then denied he did it. The problem for them is, I sold cars and I'm pretty good at math, so I wasn't their sucker that day. Also, the sales manager didn't want to quote my trade because we were coming back in 2 days to buy the vehicle and that would have changed the trade value. What? The vehicle would have had 10 more miles on it, if that much. No problem I bought a Cadillac somewhere else that was much cheaper. My most recent experience was with warranty work on another new Cadillac. I call the service department and the person who answers needed to talk to a service manager and promised they would call me back. That's fine, except I don't get a call back. I call them back and I'm told you have to talk to your salesperson. I don't get a "sorry we didn't call you back", just a disgruntled employee making me feel like I'm bothering her and I should know better. I hate having to deal with...

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They always do an inspection here whenever you bring your vehicle in and they found that one of my tires had a nail in it and the tire was loosing air. My truck has a monitor for this kind of thing, but I didn’t pay attention to it a couple of days ago when it reported that I had a tire that needed air. The guys in the shop found this and advised me to replace the tire because of the location of the puncture, which I agreed to. I’m so glad that I bought a comprehensive repair warranty for glass and tires when I bought the truck at Stephen Wade. I’m very grateful that they paid attention when performing their jobs. They got me back on the road in short order. Edwin was the service manager who kept me informed during my visit and Shawn Ames, my salesman did a great job of explaining what was happening and offering me a ride if I needed it. Since moving to the St George area in 2014, my wife and I have bought all our cars at Stephen Wade and we’ve been happy with our vehicles...

The service here is awesome. I had some warranty issues on my GMC at4 they scheduled me in and got to work on it. They gave me a loaner vehicle to drive. The staff was very helpful and professional and very up front on everything there were some issues getting parts and they kept me updated on the status of them. The parts were back ordered from gm and took a while which was out of their control also there were some parts not on warranty that they replaced for the cost of the parts only they did not charge labor as they were pulling out the engine for warranty issues anyway. Over all I got a solid vehicle and peace of mind and although it took a few months due to conditions beyond their control the whole experience went as good as it could have for me as a customer.
