Hunter and Alex, the evening Front Desk Agents exceed expectations! I called the Hotel, as my family and I were running rather late to check-in. Hunter answered that phone call, in a professional, caring , and enthusiastic way, and was very helpful. Upon Check-in, BOTH; Hunter and Alex kindly welcomed my parents and I. Alex was the FD agent who checked us in, and check in was very smooth process and efficient. Upon Check-in Alex recognized my Hyatt Tier status and offered me a late checkout and two complimentary waters. Since it was late in the evening, Alex provided many alternative restaurants to eat dinner. Also, briefly got the chance to causally talk to a manager named Chris at the front desk. Chris was very respectful, wise and professional. Also, Chris is a good leader, as he did have to jump in and assist Hunter and Alex. Chris is a good leader. More Kudos and appreciation to Alex, as the AC in the middle of the night turned on and off, and had to call the FD. With 5 minutes to 11PM, Alex answered, as he professionally and walked me through how to turn off the AC fan. Major kudos to Alex, for helping me few minutes before his shift ended. Breakfast was good, as there was an assortment of option to choose from, and drink from. Todays' hot food selection was Belgium waffles, eggs, and Bacon. They had many more food options to offer! Talked to Sadie, the morning FD agent, she was friendly. That said, Sadie was very focused on work, and it seemed like there was a lot of tasks for her to get done in the morning. Granted, after a little bit of conversation, she did inform me her shift had just begun, and she had lots to get accomplished. Sadie also provided me the complimentary waters for the morning, and check out was smooth. Overall a wonderful stay.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times when attending a convention as the location is really handy, and I’m a Hyatt loyalist. It is walking distance for the convention center. Rooms are really nice and clean. I had a king room, clean, nice seating area, clean bathroom, etc. breakfast was good but I think Hyatt Place everywhere in the USA need to improve their coffee game. The breakfast coffee tasted like it was sitting for several hours, and when I got mine at 8am it was really toward the end of the pot and needed changing out. The room coffee is generic. Though I did notice some Starbucks taps, behind the bar for cold brew and nitro Starbucks. I didn’t try them, as I wanted hot coffee. I think Hyatt places need to improve their in room, coffee, machine, and brand other than that no complaints. I bring my own portable coffee maker and coffee and will continue to stay here when I’m St. George Utah. Limited good food options within walking distance in this area so delivery apps may be your friend if you don’t have a car.

Over all a good stay, however a little disappointed on entering my room there was a wet spot against the wall, possibly from an animal accident?. Front desk was able to offer to have housekeeping look at it the next day or switch our room. The rest of the room was over all very tidy and spacious, with a good view of the mountains. Curtains close down with blackout material, but with space at the top and outside light ot was rarely dark inside the room. Although staff was friendly it was often difficult to find anybody by the front desk. I ended up calling or texting via the app for most questions. Breakfast was about as expected for a Hyatt and tasted fine. The layout for cups and dishes was a little all over the place so a neat line was difficult to maintain. Only about an hour from Zion made it a nice start point for our hiking adventures, with a lot of food options nearby.

I had an outstanding experience at the Hyatt Place in St. George, Utah, and I’m compelled to share my satisfaction. Our late-night arrival at 3 AM could have been a hassle, but thanks to the Hyatt app, we were able to check into our room seamlessly without needing to interact with the front desk. This convenience was a lifesaver, allowing us to promptly settle in and rest.

The hotel offered free parking, which was a welcome amenity, especially after a long journey. Our room was impeccably clean, meeting and exceeding the high standards I’ve come to expect from Hyatt properties. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided the perfect environment to relax and recharge.

The staff at Hyatt Place St. George deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was not just friendly but genuinely helpful. On the day of our checkout, we planned a trip to Zion National Park and didn’t want to leave our suitcases in the rental car. The staff graciously offered to store our luggage in a secure space, allowing us to enjoy our excursion without any worries. Picking up our luggage on the way back to Vegas was effortless and convenient.

In summary, our stay at Hyatt Place St. George was thoroughly enjoyable. The combination of tech-savvy conveniences, excellent amenities, top-notch cleanliness, and outstanding customer service made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future. A truly...

The rooms were very clean and the staff was also very friendly. The breakfast was great and exceeded our expectations.

I do have a complaint though. Other hotels we’ve stayed at had the doors slow as they closed or got close to being closed. However, the door we had slammed close every time we used it. This made it hard and dangerous to bring items into our room, and to use with our dog or small child, as we often had our hands full. I’m not sure if this was an issue with all the doors or just ours, but it was quite annoying.

As for the free coffee, I have some feedback and suggestions. My wife and I loved the free coffee that was provided in the lobby. However, we were quite disappointed when we learned that this coffee was only available during breakfast hours. It would have been amazing to have the disposable coffee cups and coffee kept out until at least the afternoon. This simple addition could have really improved the quality of our stay. The free coffee provided in the hotel room wasn’t good and I couldn’t even drink more than a sip. The provided coffee maker was cheap and didn’t allow you to use with your own coffee or coffee pods. For a hotel that advertised free coffee, I certainly expected more with this as I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels and they at least have a basic coffee maker that works with coffee pods.

Other than those complaints, we would consider using Hyatt again for our stay...
