I had a great experience with this service center for warranty work. They communicated with the warranty company and got everything taken care of with minimal work from me just to help get the warranty company to move things along on their end. David was patient with my questions and really helped us throughout the time our truck was in the shop. There could have been better communication with the technician that led to my truck being there a day longer than expected, but it was a big job and David worked to make sure I got my truck back as soon as possible while still receiving high quality service. Pricing was very fair for this area (I did have to pay for some things the warranty wouldn’t cover). If this shop was closer to me, I would go there for all of my maintenance. They also allowed our dogs in the lobby (with the condition that they were well behaved) and were very happy...

I would recommend them still, but my last experience was a bit disappointing. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was about ½ gallon low on coolant presumably as a result of not being refilled all the way or not being burped.

Secondly, the A/c did not work afterwards but it did before I brought it in. It was close to 6 pm, so all technicians were gone. I had to take it with non functioning A/C and also hire a mechanic to diagnose the issue afterwards. It turns out that the wiring harness was damaged and that was the cause of the failure.

I would hope this is just a 1 time event, and their service has always been good in the past, but this experience does cast a shadow over everything because the repairs were extremely expensive and then I had to have a different mechanic fix a problem that was caused while being...
