Disappointed. Drove 2 hours for the "antique" show & stayed maybe 20 minutes, so definitely not worth a $9 admission. 1st thing at the bottom of the ramp, was a huge display of rocks/geodes (not antiques). I then walk around the corner & see KC apparel & rain gutter products. Again, not antiques. There were tables of antiques, but for an arena & cost, not that many in my opinion.

The outer end of the arena was more rocks/geodes and gold/treasure hunting items, like metal detectors and sluicing items. Altho these items are intriguing in their own right, once again, definitely not antiques. So was very disappointing to have spent that much time & money for such a small selection of...

Nice facility older but was clean. Well air conditioned so nice and cool. Went to Cryptocon there and little one she had a blast. Only issue I had was on 2nd floor every bathroom and fire exit stunk of Weed. Folks smoking pot right in building. 2 cops on 2nd floor did nothing. If I had smoked a cigarette oh god they would have been on me. Parking ramp right across the street was convenient. Lots of homeless in this town and they were hanging around. And it appeared there was a methadone clinic a block away with a huge line every morning. People yelling and fighting outside so avoid that area. One gal threw something at our car when we were...

There are a couple of entrances on the side of the building. One is uphill, the other downhill. It always seems they only open one for an event. They aren't labeled as such, and I inevitably go to the wrong one and have to do a lot of extra walking to get around to the other. They could easily put a sign in advance of the closed entrance to save the extra uphill/downhill trek, but they don't. Open both, or put signs up so that people aren't walking all the way just to pull on locked doors. These entrance doors connect in a hall about 40' apart but it is an uphill/downhill trek of 100 yards to get from one set of doors...

We were all very impressed to see the beautiful new seating and lovely center court scoreboard this weekend at the circus! The collapsible bleachers on the ends are still the same older chairs, but they appear to be in good working order. Civic Arena is great because it's easy to navigate, has a large seating capacity, but is small enough that it's manageable. There is more updating to be done.. latches on the bathroom doors, leaky faucets and toilets, etc, but I think it's a building with a lot of life left in it with the right maintenance.

Attended my first ever TNA event last night and I had an amazing time! Getting to meet the Hardys was the highlight of the evening since I watched them at a young age(I'm younger than Matt but older than Jeff). I had paid to get a pic solely with Jeff but the guy who took my order from earlier for the photo op forget to put me down but he made it up by letting me get the pic with the two living legends! #yeet #delete #webelieveinJoeHendry

As a transportation provider, my experience was awful. Parking is inadequate & unorganized. They only place available to drivers who are waiting for events to take place is in the main arena where the event is happening & you're not allowed to bring in your own water. There is nothing hospitable or enjoyable about the place. It is simply a venue to cash in on kids sports.
