Downright horrible hair cut from the older lady. Seriously, the worst hair cut I have ever received in my entire life.

I'm a guy who came in with longish hair, maybe 10 inches or so. I brought maybe eight photos of different angles of previous hair cuts I received to explain what I wanted done, which was basically a trim to even out the layers that had been developing and take it off my shoulders. I showed her where I part it and how I like to sweep it back. I wanted maybe four inches of hair left on. I told her I never cut it short because it stands up and looks really bad.

She disregarded everything I told her and buzzed the side of my head immediately. Literally the first thing she did was take 10 inches of hair off with a buzzer. Think a #3. I should have walked out right there to go to someone to fix it immediately. She conveniently didn't show me anything until near the very end. Then she trimmed my beard really, really short then showed me and asked if I wanted it shorter. I had already told her I didn't need it shaped, just clean up the stragglers. I was absolutely baffled. Then she trimmed my beard amazingly unevenly. The right side is angled, but the left side is curved and goes well above my jaw. Like, how does that even happen. So now I need to clean shave it.

The left side of the "part" is some weird flap of hair that is amazingly uneven and sticks up wildly. The right side is just bad.

I'm really beside myself because I had been growing that out for maybe eight months to get the top long enough to do what I wanted. Spent at least two months growing out the beard and just wanted it cleaned up but she buzzed it with a #2.

She straight up just did not listen to what I asked her to do and just cut it however SHE decided SHE wanted to do it, which was really poorly. Then she seemed annoyed with me when I tried to correct her and just kept doing her own thing.

Now I need to find somewhere to basically buzz it down and go scorched earth.

Don't let that woman anywhere...

Excellent haircut at a great price (note-cash only). All 3 barbers are great, very fast paced high quality haircut. Very friendly place. Would recommend to anyone.

Update: I’ve gone here a few times since my last review a couple years ago, and of those few times have gotten 2 haircuts that weren’t of the best quality. One was “ok”, one was just downright ugly. The first haircut was done by the older guy, and wasn’t great but I didn’t go back for a while. Came back later and had a better haircut. For the really bad haircut it was within the last couple of months and it was very very apparent that the older woman wanted nothing to do with giving me a haircut, she was called over from next door. Biggest red flag(s) was that she kept making me try to sit in a chair that didn’t fit correctly? Had to basically completely slouch down for her, then when I walked out of there with hair still all over my forehead I knew this wasn’t going to be great. Very disappointed in this cut and won’t be returning, but ultimately if you’re going for “short” it gets...

Came in for an appointment and they had me wait almost 20 minutes just to be seated, then another 10 minutes until they actually started the haircut. The older lady cutting my hair also answered the phone multiple times during the cut and probably spent collectively only 5 minutes actually cutting. I showed her pics and described what I wanted as simply as possible, but she still took kinda did her own thing in a few areas (similar to other reviewers' experiences). She kept asking for me to sit lower and I told her I literally couldn't because I'm tall, which seemed to annoy her (another reviewed had the same experience). As soon as she finished, she tried to rush me out the door and looked visibly annoyed when I took more than 2 seconds to look at the job she did and say that wasn't what I wanted. Why do they insist you make appointments if they don't honor them and ask to see pics when they don't follow them? Last time I'm coming here. Don't waste your money here just for...
