Depot Tot Lot — Attraction in Saint Paul

It has the potential to be a great park! I gave it a 4 because it's a little over grown and there's a gate completely missing. I called the city to notify them because that would be terrible if a little toddler ran out and was accidentally hit by the light rail. I was just hoping there would have been a sign to alert parents at the corner entrance until the gate was able to be put back on to make it fully fenced in again to warn of the safety risk. We had a great time visiting Choo Choo Bobs at Union Depot, grabbing lunch at the Lost Fox to go and eating it at this park. There were two other kids that my kids met at the park and had fun...
