Read moreThis is a very nice farmers market with a good selection of produce when it's in season or plants. When you are looking at planting early in the season. The busyness is normal for a farmers market and the parking seems to be adequate. You may need to park a few blocks away and walk but that's what you kind of expect when you are doing this. I would say that the prices are normal for a farmers market and the vendors are friendly. The security is good and you have many roads blocked off for safety. The majority of vendors are cash only with a few that will take credit cards. Otherwise you have to go and purchase tokens. I would hope that more and more vendors are able to take credit cards in the future because that makes it much easier for shopping, but that's fine. Kid friendly and nice atmosphere ( outdoors) shelter from the elements sorta( I would have to bring an umbrella if it’s raining ) but summer fun, I think they have a system that accepts food support benefits from the county’s Human Resources department and or something like that, I know they take vouchers from the wic program but you have to be eligible for the program to get vouchers. Every year it’s first come first serve at your usual schedule pickup’s they’ll be offering you to get farmers market vouchers also, I’m not sure but may have a different option for lower income family’s this year ?
