This place is absolutely amazing! The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they are more than just willing to inform you about all the exotic concoctions they serve, they are genuinely excited about sharing the whole experience with you! From the moment you walk in for your very first visit, you will feel more like friends or honored guests instead of just another customer they are trying to make money off of and then get out the door. In fact, more than just a few of the people there will tell you they've been hanging out for multiple hours (many are excited to spend their entire days off at Low Tide!). The reason for that is the welcoming vibe that comes from everyone there, employees and guests alike. There isn't one person that will hesitate to introduce themselves to you and strike up a conversation. You are guaranteed to leave this place with some new friends! And all of the socially lubricating drinks they serve really stimulate the wonderful atmosphere of being one big family. A kick ass environment. I am a fan of bula and I love that place, but lowtide has more variety of product in their kratom and kava. Not sure about other botanical teas and coffees, because that's not my usual order. As well as having more variety, their kratom and kava are much stronger, and for a cheaper price than other competitors! I don't have to spend as much when I come here. Staff is always friendly, lots of seating inside and outside, lots of wall outlets... sometimes they have video game nights which I love! They also have a variety of board and card games, and right on the strip at Gulfport so it's also a great place for Pokemon go hunting, and there is good food available nearby. Great location, great people, and great kratom...

Was a customer daily for years! Have good friend there. However on MEMORIAL DAY! I came in asked if they had any specials for fallen vet's. They said no, a friend behind me, said I will get you and your lost Vet a drink. I thanked him and left. I stopped in later that day. Was told I WAS PERMANENTLY BAND! Was told my fatigues were offensive and I was a bum. I do not Owe this establishment anything nor have I begged. They have Dishonored me my dead friend and now other vets have chose not to go their. I have never so much as said a unkind word to anyone. If you are a veteran, not one of their cronies but a true Vet. The deeds don't match...
