When you ask what the price is a pair of earrings and are told by both employees working it is $30.00, you would expect that to be the price you would be paying! I guess that’s not the case here. I was charged $35.00 instead. When I called to ask about it I was told by Kitty that since they are hand made they are $35.00. When I explained that’s not the price I was quoted, all she would say is she’s sorry but since they’re hand made the price is $35.00. Needless to say I will not be shopping here again. SophistiKatz is one of my favorite shops in Salado! The first time I visited, I found a great Texas charm which I wanted to make into a necklace. I asked for help selecting the best chain and other items I would need to make it. The shop owner offered to make it for me in store. That act on its own was very kind, but her dedication to excellent customer service went even further. The necklace proved much more difficult to assemble than originally thought.
