Chasers Poker Room and Casino — Attraction in Salem

Worst Poker Room in America!!! Played here on 6/2. 3 Players in the hand, and I am second to act. On the river I have a straight flush. Player 1 checks. I go all in on my action with the nuts, as All in was announced 3 times and the all in button was next to my stack. Player 3 folds. When action returns on Player 1, he grabs chips and puts them in the middle signifying a call. On top of that, he then tables his hand. After his call is made, I table my hand showing that I have a straight flush, which is the winning hand. I am sitting on about 500 and Player 1 has 800+.

Long story short. Player 1 says he made a mistake once he saw my hand. Floor is called over, and the situation is explained to them. They come up with some bogus ruling that Player 1 is only responsible for the 4 chips he put it after my ALL IN was announced 2 times and all in chip was beside my stack.

Floor is very biased, discriminant, prejudice in this particular situation. Everyone on the table knew that Player 1 called my all in, including player 1. Player 1 calling an All In, to then see that he lost, and claiming it as a mistake shouldn't be justified. There are rules to Poker.

Of course, I requested them to review the footage, and provide me with the ruling in the rule book in a civil manner, just to be told to go home. I did not get paid from the All In call by player 1, or from the High Hand. Only told to go home.

I will NEVER come back to this Poker Room, and will make it a point to spread the word of their cheating, being bias on winners of particular hands, or whatever you'd like to call it.

I've been playing poker for over 10 years in various card rooms and have never ever seen a call revoked after a particular player...

ok been little while since last review/ cuz i only do five star/ soooo not my fault / that being said obviously chasers has earned my respect and thanks for helping me enter the world of texas holding / a card game that i never played / but after explaining to the crew that my 88 yr old father plays ( at chaser's poker room) and we used to play together ( he played holding i played stud but in same locations same time ) and was something we had in common and both enjoyed/ my dad is in great heath ( i thank god every day) but getting older as i post and want to enjoy his company doing what he loves / that being said / and trust me chasers doesn't need my review/ the staff took the time to educate me in rules and got me a seat at a very friendly table/ my wait time was minimal and bar ( i drink diet coke lol) staff was amazing/ super friendly/ even the detail officer ( salem police ty ) was really a nice person/ i walked in with anxiety but walked out happy knowledgeable and looking forward to playing with ( not against lol ) my dad / anyone that has hesitated like me get over there and im sure any of your worries will disappear luvvvvvvv chasers poker you are representing your industry amazingly a huge thank you ps the $16.00 i won is in my...

! TERRIBLE DEALERS ! (big guy with beard and a buzz cut, judges you and then won't pay you out if someone moves your chip on accident. ( also heard this same dealer saying when the roulette guy comes to make sure the wheel is even he never ever levels it out so the R2 wheel is uneven. basically saying the same numbers pop up a lot because the wheel doesn't get leveled weekly or monthly like its supposed to) Older guy who runs floor with glasses is racist to everyone who isn't caucasian and yells and screams at people if there is an issue instead of solving abruptly and calmly.(always rude and in a bad mood, seems like he doesn't like seeing people win money while he works at a casino lol) aka just be nice and train ur dealers better or just hire better people persons... extremely rude and bad vibes throughout this place. not a feel good place or a place to enjoy ur night. take ur...
