Wrap City Sandwich Co. — Restaurant in Salem

I mistakenly placed an online order at this location instead of the one in Londonderry NH. The order was placed through their own website, and the ordering page has their own logo on it. Once I realized the error, I called and asked for the order to be canceled, and was told that they could not do so because it was placed through Door Dash and would have to go through them. Which I attempted to do and was stonewalled by DoorDash. I find it ridiculous that the store can take money for orders just fine but not return it, and I also feel mislead because I placed an order through their own website, so how can I not get a refund through the same avenue? So essentially I am out $20 and didn’t get any food or refund....

We had a great delivery experience as our first time trying this place. My husband got the tuna wrap and I got the Alamo. Both were delivered at a good temp (his cold, mine still hot) and they were absolutely delicious. My one tiny complaint is that there was very little lettuce on my wrap, and the small bit that was on it was very soft and soggy. I think a slightly larger portion of lettuce would help keep it crunchy for longer. They were also a bit on the small side for the price. They're still very satisfying though! Aside from that, the flavors were excellent and the chips were to die for. We are looking forward to trying more wraps from this location and will absolutely...

I’ve been coming to this location for a while and always ordered wraps. The wraps are fantastic as well as the chips that come on the side. However, with that being said, I made the mistake of ordering something different today. I didn’t think you could possibly screw up a flatbread pizza but I guess it’s possible. The pizza itself was barely cut. There was way too much sauce and too little cheese. It tasted worse than a frozen grocery store pizza. I’ll come back for the wraps but definitely not the pizza. I guess I should have known better than to order a pizza from a sandwich...
