If you're here checking reviews, you're probably about to search for a new mattress, right? Think about your mattress for a second, the one you want to replace. Now imagine it is 30 years old (I wish I was exaggerating but yes, that is how old my mattress was). It is so old it has sagged in the middle like the swayback of an elderly horse, so old it predates cell phones. Needless to say, I was in desperate need of a new bed and I had absolutely no idea where to start.

Mike immediately knew which mattresses to start with to get an idea of where we were at. I felt a little like Goldilocks, trying out different beds until we found the one that was "just right." Not once did Mike or Joe make me feel like my questions were silly, or like I was taking up too much of their day. They spent time talking about what I liked or didn't like, and after everything they even helped me carry my purchases out to my car!

Before walking into mattress firm I was overwhelmed with the thought of buying a new bed. There’s a lot of different brands/styles and it’s a costly investment. I felt like I didn’t even know where to start and thought I would be in there for hours and most likely leave without a bed. But I was wrong! Julie went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible! She listened to what I said I liked and disliked and gave me the best bed ever! She is definitely an expert. She was very patient with all my questions and was so sweet. I was not overwhelmed at all. It was such a quick process and I was very surprised that it happened that fast! It was a lot of fun to find the perfect bed for me. Julie has great customer service and was very helpful. At one point I told her I felt like a princess because of how she was treating me. Stopped by the Salem NH shop on Sunday 1/14/24. Jason helped my wife and I with selecting a mattress. He asked us if we were looking for anything in particular and what our current mattress situation was like. He also asked us about our sleep habits and what we would like to spend. Using this info, he had us try a few different mattresses to get a feel for what we liked. He was very friendly and forthright about his knowledge and opinions of the mattresses. He was not at all pushy on what kind of mattress to get or ones that were more expensive. I genuinely felt like he wanted us to get something that worked for us BOTH comfortwise and in our budget. We ended up selecting a tempurpedic. Because we are looking for a cal king, it is a special order which we assume going it. It will take about 2 weeks to get.
