Always disappointing when you take the time to reach out, inquire about giving business to a company, return calls, and are made promises and the owner is unable to follow through.

We had been referred over about possibly sending New Year’s gifts to our clients, but the shop appears to only be seasonal; the owner promised to get back to us with pricing “tomorrow” next day, and never followed up.

Not even to say that they were still looking up the information, etc. A shame.

We decided to try this place while we were downtown for our annual holiday trip. It was busy and a bit hectic, but they still were warm and friendly and treated us so well.
