SEEK is more than a fitness studio - it’s my sanctuary. As someone who taught fitness classes for seven years, I have high standards for programming, instruction, and community. SEEK exceeds every one of them.
I’ve been attending classes here for over a year and it has truly transformed my life - mind, body, and soul. I was searching for a space that felt safe, welcoming, and intentional. SEEK became that space. It’s where I feel strong, capable, and deeply connected.
Their schedule is phenomenal - not just yoga or strength, but a thoughtfully curated mix of modalities: strength, cycle, yoga, Pilates, myofascial release, meditation, and more. Every class is planned with care and you can feel the effort and expertise behind it.
What sets SEEK apart is their commitment to community. They foster connection within the studio and extend that care outward - supporting local businesses and uplifting their members beyond the mat. I’m there every day and it’s not just a routine - it’s a ritual. A place to land, to grow, to heal.
If you’re looking for a studio that honors your whole self and builds something beautiful for the city, SEEK is it. I couldn’t...
Read moreSEEK is by far my favorite studio in SLC --- and I've been to almost all of them. They have a very welcoming and friendly staff without the ego. It has never felt clique-y here, just supportive and fun. Their classes are very function-based for transfer to outdoor activities (or not, if you're an indoor person). SEEK offers a wide selection of classes, with many different instructors, which is so nice for me, as I tend to get bored with the same type of exercise over and over. I had never been much of a yoga person until taking classes at SEEK; their instructors are so good and fun, that I've finally started to understand the appeal of yoga as a type of exercise. The classes are formed and prepared so well, and you will get an amazing work out with whatever...
Read moreSEEK is like one stop shopping: Empowering strength classes? Check. Engaging cycle classes? Check. Energizing yoga classes? Also check. I love it because the ap is just freaking genius - it makes it easy to reserve classes, cancel/change times, and see what you signed up for when you were in that "I can crush all of it" mindset last week ;).
Hot tip because it's important to some folks: this is a safe studio for folks in recovery from eating issues/or body issues - lots of empowering language around goal focused workouts and challenging yourself. I've not once heard reference to "bikini body!" (or similar ish) in the 85ish classes I've been to. There are no mirrors either. The functional fitness/athletic performance focus makes it good for literally...
