Sugar House Pub — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

This is overall a very disappointing experience. I asked the bartenders what their specialties were and for a menu. They said that they are the menu and they really didn't have any knowledge on any cocktails and insulted me when I asked for a gin drink, saying that there are no decent fun gin drinks and then asking them what there favorite drink to make and they couldnt even answer. Regularly takes 20-30 minutes to get a single drink. By no fault of the employees, as there are 1-2 of them dealing with 60+ individuals at a time. During the worst parts of the Covid-19 Pandemic, I saw the owner, on multiple occasions, wander through and around with no mask at all (even during the mask mandate). The staff is always friendly, but visibly stressed and in need of more staff. My friend and I sat at the bar for 10 minutes without being greeted, tried to make eye contact with the bartender, and she seemed to not want to serve us and it was not that busy. But we waited, gave her the benefit of the doubt, then suddenly some people walked up and were standing BEHIND us and the bartender immediately greeted them, and still no word to us.
