Edit: I was never able to speak with customer service. I would highly recommend against purchasing food at the ballpark using their online service.

I went to a game Monday night. We waited in line to get food, and Tim from guest services came and told the entire line to go to our seats and use the app to order, so we did. 45 minutes later, we went back to the concessions to ask if our order was read as we had not heard. To get to the counter, we had to wait in a line, longer than the initial order line. The line was specifically for mobile orders. We waited for about 30 minutes before I went to find a staff member to help my cancel my order. He pointed me to the customer service number, and told me to text or call it and they would help me. I called, no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. I texted, no reply. I found him again and explained the situation, he directed me to guest services. Tim was the representative again. He was extremely unhelpful and told me that customer service would not get back to me that night, but to keep calling the next day. Today is Thursday. I have called and texted about 20 times each and have not been able to reach a single person. The orders we placed were not very much money, but it is simply ridiculous. They were very understaffed and unable to accommodate the large number of people there, which is absurd since it’s a baseball stadium. They know how many seats they have. I’ve been to games before and have never once had an issue with the length of time it takes to prepare the food. I am not upset that we never got our food, but more upset with that I cannot reach ANYONE to ask about getting a refund for food we...

Let me tell you about an idyllic summer evening.

The boy and I decided to catch a Bee's game. It was a last-minute decision, really. Last time we had been to one was several years ago with our now-departed dad/grandpa. We wanted to re-live the memories a bit, and enjoy the lengthening shadows of a mid-summer night outside.

We grabbed a blanket, hopped in the car, drove down, paid 16 bucks for two general admission tickets.

Both teams were warming up as we entered the stadium and headed for the right-field berm. The grass was green and short. The infield dirt and chalk lines were pristine. Fogerty was playing on the PA. The park was beautiful. The Wasatch mountains were showing in the distance. Not a cloud in the sky. I honestly don't know of a more beautiful ballpark with a more scenic backdrop, be it major or minor league.

I took a big breath and felt myself relax.

Bonus: hotdogs were going for a buck that night. Double Bonus: the boy got a picture with the bee mascot and his signature on his ticket stub. Triple Bonus: We almost caught a homerun ball.

It was almost like the baseball gods were smiling down. And the...

We LOVED visiting the holiday Lights @theballparkatafs ! If your kids like more of an interactive Christmas light activity, this is the place for them! We loved the lights, all of the kid-friendly games, the train ride, walking out onto the field, and of course, seeing Bumble! Use code MEGAN3 for $3 off each ticket and definitely add this stop onto your holiday bucket list! It runs everyday between now and January 3, from 5-10 PM. (Excluding December 10 and 25) We will absolutely be back next year! #Utahfun #utah #utahmom #familyfun #christmaslights

Went to a Sunday afternoon game in April. The weather was perfect. We had seats in row 5, so we were close to the field on the 1st base side. The first base side is the home team side. I’d recommend sitting on that side, as you get shade from the sun later in the game depending on how close you are to the field. Parking was $15. We purchased parking online at the same time we purchased tickets. All tickets are digital, so you will need an app on your phone to store your tickets. We used the Ticketmaster app. You just bring up your tickets on your phone through the app and hold your phone up to a scanner held by someone at the entrance gate to get in. It was fun at this ballpark. They have all sorts of things going on in between innings to keep you entertained. The only sad thing is that the Salt Lake Bees are moving out of this ballpark soon. I read that they might be gone after this season ends. They’re moving south to Daybreak into a new ballpark at some point.
