My wife placed order at 6:10 we were prompted to go head in ASAP. I arrived at 6:30, lobby crowded as expected. I waited for the girl at the desk to aknowlege me. After a few minutes she looked up and asked if she could help me. I told her my name, she messed with her screen for 5 minutes and walked away without saying anything. I sat and waited for my food. After 45 minutes the lobby had cycled through a couple of times, door dash people in and out in 5-10 minutes. I asked if they had my name in the queue to make sure I wasn't waiting for in vain and the girl at the desk wouldn't look up at me, looked at her screen for a few min and walked away again. She came back and I again explained that I wanted to make sure they had my name. Same thing walking away without looking at me. I reached behind the desk and got a piece of paper and wrote my name so they would have to see it. I really don't want to be a Karen on Xmas when they are busy, but I am anxious because they wouldn't even acknowledge my existence. At 7:55 pm 1.5 hours after I got there my wife came looking for me because I didn't get reception and she thought something happened. She sighed relief seeing me alive and asked what was going on. This is the first time they looked at me and acknowledge that I exist. Now that I wasn't invisible, they got my food. I said "you shouldn't prioritize doordash and make other people wait." The one girl who spoke English spouted angrily "that isn't what we do." We got home and most of the food was good, the Teriyaki chicken didn't have the sauce on it nor included in the bag. I think they didn't put my order in until I wrote my name down on the paper I stole. Instead of talking to me about their mistake they avoided me. I've never been treated like an invisible person like that. People who got there over an hour after me were...
Read moreI visited this place with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was far from good. Weâve been here several times before, but today was disappointing. Right from the start, our server seemed distant, which we brushed off, assuming she might be new or having a bad day. However, there were issues right away: we were only given two napkins, two plates, and not enough straws for our group of five.
When the food arrived, the server insisted that we had ordered a shrimp tempura roll instead of the vegetable tempura roll (one of our group members canât have shellfish). Although we werenât charged for the wrong item, she seemed quite frustrated with us after that. Then, when we got our desserts, we had already paid the checks, which also had problems and had to be fixed first. To make matters worse, two of the cakes were frozen solidâone even had freezer burn. We also asked for forks when the desserts were brought out, but never received them.
When we mentioned the issue with the cakes, the server told us they were supposed to be frozen (even though they were just chocolate cake and tiramisu). After some back-and-forth, she begrudgingly agreed to check with her manager. Eventually, we received a refund for the two cakes.
Despite the poor service, we still left a tip. However, as we were leaving, one of the employees loudly said, "Thank god theyâre leaving," when we were still within earshot. There were only two employees and us in the exit area, and the comment was loud enough for us to hear from about 15 feet away. It left a sour note on an already...
Read moreIf I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The food was garbage. The service was super slow, our waitress barely came over to the table and it wasnât even busy when we were there. We could see the sushi bar from our table and our sushi would sit out in the open ready for over 5 minutes before she would even grab it. The sushi itself was terrible. The fish is not fresh at all, Iâve had better quality at AYCE and revolving sushi places. We ordered about 5 or 6 rolls plus nigri and more than 60% of the fish was spoiled and sour tasting. lol this is the only sushi place Iâve ever been to that skimps on rice. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and it was completely flavorless and comes with plain mayonnaise. Super disappointing but it was cooked nicely lololol. We ordered sake bombs and my shot glass that is supposed to go into my beer was so dirty it was covered in some sticky substance and of course picked up table crumbs. Needless to say I didnât drink that. I guess the environment is nice because there are shades between each table so there is a good amount of privacy.
I donât know how the Chinese food is there but this place will never receive my business and money again. Super disappointing. Paid over $100 and left hungry due to inedible food. -2/10 but I guess they have lots of parking so you have somewhere to throw up if you get...
