I am deeply disappointed with the handling of repairs and billing by the HOA. The HOA directly hired a contractor to address repairs to my unit, and I have been unfairly billed for services I did not authorize.
Not only did it take two months to address the repairs, but the board has now passed the cost on to me after determining that a portion was the owner's responsibility. Despite promptly paying my own contractors for my part of the damages, I am being held responsible for additional expenses hired by the HOA.
Residents pay substantial monthly fees for the management and upkeep of the property. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of the board/HOA.
I urge prospective residents and homeowners to carefully consider the management and accountability of the HOA before making any repairs to their units.

Read moreWe built our home in a neighborhood managed by this company and have never seen such poor service, lack of communication and failure to follow through with simple tasks. They are great at taking our dues or collecting money but it takes years to get any actual work done for the neighborhood. They do not call back when leaving messages or email, they do not enforce HOA covenant compliance, they do not notify homeowners when projects that effect their privacy or property before starting a maintenance project (started tearing down fences before sending out notifications that they would be replacing fence). The contracted services they fail to provide are what the homeowners expect to be done right for the dues they pay them. I’ve lived in three other Homes in SA and this HOA has the worst management I’ve ever seen.
