Brooks Corner Shopping Center — Attraction in San Antonio

Peter Piper Lunch buffet is worth it, But the games for kids are not. The basket ball game has only one ball so you have to wait for it to roll down. My card stooped working a few times and I kept having to stop and find an employee to get me a new one. They only have 2 or 3 games for kids under 5 since they got rid of the playground. Covid is rising again and I don't see anyone wiping down games and of course the prizes are not worth it. I know that's most "carnival" and "arcade" games but at incredible pizza and Dave n Busters they have really good small prizes for people with low ticket numbers. The dominoe effect of not having a lot of games for kids under 5 and those are the ones who REALLY want to play and win prizes is why this might be important. Gotta know...

This Home Depot is the worst experience I have ever had at a store that used to be a great experience. They hired this young girl with braids that was so rude on PURPOSE & for no reason. People really shouldn't hire staff just to fill a spot. She was unintelligent, on her phone, did not care and it was like my husband and I were bothering her with a simple question! We just had a wonderful dinner out and decided to stop by to pick up an item because it was on our way home. She was so RUDE IT RUINED THE REST OF OUR NIGHT. We are not people to call for a supervisor so we just left. Horrible...

This home Depot is laughable . 90% of the staff has no clue what they are doing .

No one knows where anything is Or what anything is .

Infact I asked Where is your abs pipe

Both workers said What's abs.

Management is rude as f And just doesn't care .

No one collects carts So we have to walk around the parking lot looking for flat table carts

Workers see you carrying or trying to load heavy items And they walk right past you .

I asked a female worker Where could I find an item

She said I don't know

Turned around and walked away...
