I been to olive garden many times and i usually don't leave review's detailing the down side of a restaurant because i know evey one has a bad day sometimes. But this location was not the case we waited twenty-five minutes to be seated which is not bad for an olive garden considering there popularity. Here is where it went all down hill after being seated. First We placed our drink order which took twenty minutes to be severed simple just sweet teas and a sprite. Giving our waiter the benefit of the doubt maybe he got hemmed up. We proceed to place our dinner order. After seeing our. Waiter pass by us several times and watch our cups run empty. It still took over 1hr and a half to get our food this would have been perfectly understandable if the place was booming but it wasn't. Finally our food was brought out to us and it was the coldest dish i have ever been served at an olive garden ,no warmth to the pasta and it was tough and leathery as well as It being very dried out the that the sauce could not give it moisture. I had to cut the ravioli with a steak nife. Customer service was the lowest i received as well from an olive garden. Our waiters attentiveness seemed lost like he did not seem to care, our he was in rush to hurry off. Parts of our order where left off , and our drinks stayed empty. We had to practically flag some one down to get refills. Me and my family felt left out like hey where here too. Olive gardens prices are not the lowest they pride them selfs on quality and customer service which is what you get a normal location. But the price we paid was for a dining experience that was just terrible. Even for an off day. I also attached a picture of my very dry raviolis.

The manager and kitchen staff should be fired. My mother and I were really looking forward to some soup and salad to go with the weather today, but that didn't happen. While eating my salad I noticed that there was something wrong and when I looked closer I realized that it was a used, dirty napkin. When we asked for the manager, it took forever for her to come to the table. When I asked Sandra, the manager, if they recycled their food and put what others haven't eaten into someone's else's food she said no. She couldn't explain how the used napkin got into the salad bowl and stated that the napkin could have came from the trash, like it wasn't a big deal. FROM THE TRASH!!! This is really unsanitary, and nasty, especially with Covid. Not only that but the manager didn't care that trash was in our food, and she just wanted us gone from her store. I can't express how upset I am about this, and for the manager to not care for the health of her customers, and to have the waiter say 'well there's nothing we can do about it but ill clean the table for the next people' and start busting the table before we even get up is upsetting beyond belief. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. This is unacceptable, and the sad part is that the manager just didn't care.

Now this is why Olive Garden is the best Italian restaurant in town! Not only do they deliver the best Italian food, but the service is IMPECCABLE!! Shout out to our server Theresa Rios for the absolutely phenomenal and outstanding service! Food: 10/10 I had a CYO pasta and it was nice, hot and fresh! Those breadsticks too are great when you dip them in the chicken & gnocchi sauce, I can’t have it any other way! And my tea was absolutely off the charts amazing! Service: ♾️/10 This has been some of the best service I’ve ever received at an Olive Garden, our server Theresa Rios, was absolutely amazing, her character and bubbly nature was phenomenal, and she even engaged in conversation with her guests (my table). She had recommendations and guided us through our entire meal as well as offering timely refills! Absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever had. Atmosphere: 10/10 Place has a very homey and sweet vibe to it, very nice and clean, and everyone seems to be thoroughly enjoying themselves here!

“Here you’re family.” Yeah maybe if it’s a toxic family.

I’d rather never eat again in my life than eat at this establishment again. -1000/10 experience, mistake after mistake, attitudes FROM THE MANAGER down to the server. The only good attitude I received all night was from the hostess so I guess there’s that.

We had 2 servers for the night and neither could realize when we needed refills on anything until being asked. They were rude and gave attitude from the moment we sat down. We had piles of plates and dirty dishes taking up most of our tables as they never once bussed anything and just left the mess. My grandma had to ask 3 times for her to get a refill on our soup and it came after everyone else finished eating. Food took forever to get to our table and when it did the mistakes piled up. They brought a drink that was meant for another table to ours and we declined it and yet they still tried CHARGING US FOR THEIR MISTAKE. They mis ordered one order and brought us the completely wrong meal and then tried TO CHARGE US ONCE AGAIN FOR ANOTHER MISTAKE THEY MADE. When we tried getting the correct order we gave up after an ADDITIONAL THIRTY MINUTES went by with no plate to be seen.

When it came time for the checks things only got worse. The tickets were split incorrectly, the server came and took down all our orders again and re split the bill and still the tickets were wrong! Even after we gave her all our orders AGAIN she still failed to provide us with accurate receipts. Finally she GAVE UP and put all the food on one bill and expected us to split the bill evenly and do the math ourselves. We didn’t see her again the rest of the night. Pathetic. We called over the manager and after we AGAIN GAVE HIM ALL OUR ORDERS he came back with the correct tickets. Crisis solved right? WRONG! A couple of orders had been correctly split so those bills paid and left, well when the dude tried moving things over it cancelled all the tickets that had been paid. Mind you some of the tickets were paid with cash and the server kept her mouth shut not speaking up trying to STEAL MONEY FOR MY GRANDMA. After trying to FORCE US to pay for the plates that got unpaid for THEIR THIRD MISTAKE we told them we would not pay for the additional meals and left. The manager walked out giving us attitude like a toddler. Like I said I would never be treated this way by family and I will never ever step foot into this place again. Olive Garden, do yall just...

I visited the restaurant on Mother's Day, a day that is typically bustling with families celebrating, and I decided to call ahead to gauge the wait time. Upon calling, I was informed that there would be a 45-minute wait, which is quite standard for such a busy occasion. The staff member I spoke with kindly offered to add my name to the waitlist to save time, and I gladly accepted the offer.

I arrived at the restaurant precisely 45 minutes later, anticipating a smooth transition to my table. However, when I checked in, I was informed that there was still a 30-minute wait ahead of me. This unexpected delay was a bit of a surprise and threw off the initial plans I had in mind for the day. It can be a bit frustrating when you have a timeline, but I appreciated the convenience of their system that allowed them to text me when my table was ready.

Fortunately, the wait was not as long as initially indicated; in fact, I received the text notifying me that my table was ready in about ten minutes. When I was finally seated, the service continued smoothly, and we were promptly attended to as we ordered our drinks.

As for the food, it did take a bit longer to arrive—around 15 to 20 minutes after we placed our order. Given the high volume of customers they were handling at the time, I completely understood the delay, and it was evident that the staff was working hard to keep up with the demand.

Throughout my visit, our waitress was incredibly kind and demonstrated excellent customer service, making our experience more enjoyable. There was also one particular waiter who caught my eye; he was quite attractive, which added a bit of humor to the situation. Although he was not my designated waiter, I couldn’t help but notice him while I was waiting. In a lighthearted moment, I ended up tipping him more than I had intended to tip our actual waitress. But hey, what can I say? The guy was undeniably cute, and sometimes a little charm can sway even the best of intentions! Overall, it was a memorable visit, and despite the hiccups, I had a lovely time celebrating...

horrible customer service- this was our experience.

we came as a party of 12, we were not greeted by our 2 servers. they seemed to hate their jobs and had attitude the entire time. we had to ask multiple times for refills. i was sitting next to my boyfriend, and our female server made sure to refill his coke when he still had half a drink left, while ignoring my empty tea. i had to ask multiple servers for refills and finally got it.

next, one of our salad bowls had a bobby pin in the bottom of it. we finished the entire thing to find it on one of our plates in the end. disgusting. our male server took the bowl with no words and 5 minutes later, one of the managers, Israel, who had to be found, cause he wasn't "on site," came to "apologize" by comping her salad, and left again.

third, we went our entire dinner without getting any dishes removed from our table. pictures included. we were stacking cups and plates, which usually signals servers to TAKE THEM, which they ignored. they BROUGHT more plates and drinks on trays and left empty, deciding to not take any dishes.

fourth, one of the members of our party had ordered a certain dish. he was brought the wrong dish, and the correct one was never brought out. he had to leave early because of work, and wasn't able to eat in time, so he canceled his order.

lastly, payment. we tried to pay, our server messed up everything we ordered after coming by and writing down what we ordered AND SEPARATING THE TICKETS just to bring it all up on the little table kiosk again to have US go in and separate it ourselves, and still couldn't split the bill into separate checks. we had to yell at a manager across the room to finally come and help us. they were standing in a group talking while we needed drinks and dishes cleared. in the end, the manager still kept messing up and finally stormed off after payment. it ended up taking an hour JUST to pay.

madison c was our female server. not sure of our male servers' name. he was removed from our table and assigned a different section. not interested...
