Teriyaki Madness offers some seriously tasty bowls, and my recent visit was no exception when it came to flavor. The chicken teriyaki I ordered was delicious, with that perfect balance of sweet and savory. My wife's customized bowl was also a hit for her, once we got things sorted out. The main snag was the wait time. It took about 20 minutes to receive our food, which felt a bit long, especially for what's essentially a fast-casual spot. To add to that, there was a mix-up with our orders; I somehow ended up with my wife's customizations on my bowl, even though my order was straightforward. It wasn't a huge deal to swap, but it did cause a little delay. My only other minor gripe was the front-end employee who appeared to be on a video call while on duty. It felt a bit unprofessional and detracted slightly from the overall service experience. Despite these minor issues, the food itself was excellent, making Teriyaki Madness a place I'd still recommend for a flavorful and satisfying meal. If they can tighten up their order accuracy and front-of-house professionalism, it would easily be a...
Read moreWe went in recently (April 2025) for dinner. I enjoyed the atmosphere with the colors and overall newness to it. It also felt very clean in there.
I left feeling unsatisfied as what we paid didn’t match what we received. It was definitely overpriced, in my opinion. The meals came in three sizes: small, medium and large. They may have used different wording but that’s the basic idea.
My meal alone (large) included a small portion of fried rice, small portion of vegetables, teriyaki chicken and some type of beef. I also ordered an egg roll (no drink) and this combination brought me to a $20 bill.
The chicken was very tasty but the beef was thin and dried out. The fried rice tasted like to much oil was used. Egg roll was good.
Over all we paid a little less than $60 for three meals (two large, one medium, one drink, and two egg rolls).
While I enjoyed the atmosphere, we won’t go back simply because there are better deals out there for...

They keep handing the phone to the chef and he keeps telling me he’s the manger then tells me the manger comes in at odd times. 3:35/7:35/2:15. Like if you’re gonna lie at least lie well. How hard is it to get a damn refund. Do you not know how to process a refund and need assistance? Just ask. Someone somewhere can assist you, guarantee it! Do I have to escalate this more? Corporate won’t respond. Do I blast the restaurant further. Like damn. Yall give me a headache 🤦🏻♀️
