Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in San Antonio

Went here for lunch today and the young lady working by herself at the front used the same gloves to serve food for multiple customers, used the marker to write on the lids, grabbed cheese and lettuce, and operated the cash register simultaneously. Everyone else in the back was using their phone while preparing guacamole laughing and not caring about the sanitary issues going on in front of the customers and the line looked extremely dirty. I think I saw a manager figure also using his phone while preparing ingredients as well since he had a different Chipotle shirt on than everyone else. The food was alright, not fresh since it was lukewarm when I bite into it, and the chips were stale and raw. You can pull it apart and it'll still stick together and has the texture of construction paper. I had to throw it away since it was no point in continuing to eat it. As I was eating a long line started forming and the poor young lady was still by herself serving food to all those customers on her own, until the line started moving down to only 3 customers left, finally someone came out and helped her. I am not trying to bash, but I have been a restaurant manager for multiple restaurants. This is just a result of poor management and poor training on food safety awareness for everyone involved in the restaurant. Whoever manages this restaurant may not care about the job, but YOUR customers are consuming YOUR products at the end of the day, and it's your responsibility to ensure that the food is safe for everyone, including you. How you represent this store is how you represent yourself: careless and unhygienic Don't be surprised when another case of E-Coli breaks out...

Being from the south east side of town, I used to have to drive 15 minutes to quarry or the forum. With that being said, I “WISHED” we would one day get a chipotle close to home, close to where we shop,eat, or gather(Brooks City Base) I am sad to see this chipotle. I have been here twice and both times I enter a dirty building, with bad service, and the employees are so rude and something is always out. I have never been to a worse restaurant, or chipotle. The place was a mess, no chips(but they gave me queso without telling me 1st), no vinaigrette, the lady was like scraping the bottom of the pan to get the rice out, I was afraid to ask for guacamole because I knew exactly what was going to happen. She starts filling the cup as if she was afraid to serve guacamole. Listen that cup of guacamole is $2.55( if you know you know) An employee in the back said”I hope we RUN OUT OF FOOD, I don’t give a f$&@!, just make sure we don’t run out of rice”. He didn’t care who heard nor was he discreet. As I sit here eating my food so sad about our experience. I’ll make the 15 min drive to the quarry, or the forum. The worst $30 I spent. I’m so sorry I came here, and so disappointed I had to leave this review. To the chipotle owner, the manager, assistant manager, do better, customers deserve better. Make the SE, better. I’ve been inside and ordered and everything was wonderful. I’ve also ordered through the app and gone through the drive thru. The difference is on the inside you get your food made exactly the way you order. When you order through the app and come through the drive-thru lane you can only hope They have your order right, Unfortunately my two times now through the drive-thru lane has been WRONG my order has been MADE And I have no recourse as I am miles away before I discover it’s wrong.. I have now deleted the app and will continue to go inside go inside. Both times I was charged for extra sides and they were not on the plate. I cannot believe the manager told me my guacamole was on the plate so I said I need to buy some chips so they took my card and charged me for a bag of chips but once I come home the guacamole is not on the plate at all.. And this is the second time this has happened. And this time I actually spoke to the manager and I was assured the guacamole was on my order. And there was also no corn Maybe four pieces of chicken and three pieces of lettuce.. completely...
